I've lived in many neighborhoods with HOAs and management companies and AMG is by FAR the best of all of them. They answer every email in a timely fashion and are very professional and genuinely care about my investment. With any HOA you can't please everyone, it is impossible so you're bound to have some disgruntled people but I can say without a doubt I am thankful our neighborhood is managed by AMG. We purchased some properties that AMG previously managed. They still knowingly solicited and charged former tenants rent after already being aware that the homes had sold to another party. They took money directly out of their bank accounts. They sent them reminders that they owe rent. They caused tenants to get double charged for rent. They caused bounced checks in NSF fees with no regard for the well-being of the tenants or the law. Initially, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is straight up fraud. I gave this landlord money in February March for a house he never got done with he still has 1500 of my money told me he was out of the country he’d send my money back it’s been two months and he has not sent my money or returned a text or call this is the most stressful thing to deal with

Live in Heritage Apts that they manage. They do really well with the place and have done a lot of improvements (new dog park, etc). Really thrilled with them and they are super responsive to maintenance requests.

I have been a tenant with AMG Property Management for 6 years now. Anytime that I have contacted the office the ladies that have answered the phone has been helpful and pleasant. I have been blessed to not have had any issues with the property. Although rent has increased over the 6 years, the increases have not been too drastic. I have just extended my lease for another 2 years. The location is wonderful.

It has been almost 2 years now and I am renewing my contract. I have no complaints. Maintenance had been here to repair some things and was fast and friendly. The house I'm is is very warm in the winter. I'm enjoying it now as the snow falls. Everyone is great. I'm happy to be renting here.

As a tenant, I have been dealing with AMGA for over two years. The house I lived in before was managed by AMGA, but after the one-year contract ended, the landlord wanted to sell the house and would not renew the contract with me. AMGA people immediately introduced me to another house of theirs. My communication with them has always been very smooth, and they responded to me in a timely manner if I had any maintenance issues, so I highly recommend them.

Worst rental experience ever. The property company promised renovations before move-in but never delivered. The unit was in terrible condition

Dealing with them is like dealing with the devil. They lie and only fix things just enough to pass inspections or get it working. I’d rather be homeless than ever rent from them again. Management is two faced smile and chit chat then don’t hold her word. Maintenance is WAY OVER worked and under paid. Dealt with MANY MANY years of flooding, poor plumbing and NOTHING was ever fixed right the first time! I have photos of the maintenance men under the same sink fixing the same leak in different outfits at least 7 times. It’s only one pipe under there to fix but they are told to just patch the leak…

Great people at amg.They really work with you and try and get you approved.No one would approve me and amg did approve me and got me in a nice 4 bedroom home in beech grove.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
