HOA/Neighborhood contact Mary Lisa Williams is awful, poor customer service, she ignores communications about neighborhood concerns.

Some Rules in the HOA guidelines they "can't" enforce. Others they allegedly enforce, but I don't see everyone making the changes, so seems a little bias, but ok. Idk what we pay HOA fees for, I literally see nothing. Ponds drying up, trash everywhere, playground raggedy, don't plow the roads in winter. I think our neighborhood is still paying HOA because it's just always been that way. Don't bother responding, I don’t want to hear your corporate jargon and blah.

Tamara is an amazing property Manager. She goes above and beyond for our community! She is always polite and professional with vendors and all homeowners. We have a few homeowners that do not quite know what is their responsibilty vs the HOA's responsibility and Tamara has been able to navigate these issues and concerns in an expert manner. She always handles issues in a timely manner. She also answers emails promptly and courteously.

Kirkwood HOA fees are outrageous and ridiculously high ($693.) We have a non-maintained pond which all of the greenery was sprayed by HOA appointed person. Didn't see a legitimate charge for that. Doggy poop bins installed without 90% of owners input. Half the poop is on the grounds and or bins full for weeks to months. There is a squeaky swing set on small playground. Can hear squeaking a block away. We do not have any amenities. Monies are left over but no clear discussion about where it is being kept or how it should be spent. This is a terrible HOA. They don’t enforce community rules with any consistency - like the homeowner next to us operating an AirBnB in clear violation of our CCR for months, and despite multiple reports from multiple neighbors, nothing has been done. Emails do not get answered. Phone calls to Cher are never returned, and she never answers her phone. We are considering consulting our own attorney since the HOA has failed to enforce the CCR. Be aware that you will pay fees and get no customer service from this company. Wish DR Horton would change management companies.

This is a very poor management company that customer service means nothing. The only thing that matters to them is money. I have lived in the same house for 21 years and instead of being there to protect the customers means absolutely 0 to them. I would recommend going with any other property management company except them. I had 6500 properties at one time in my life and would never ever treat someone like they did to me. I reported animals on my property and reported who was responsible for them and they wrote him 3 letters and still wasn’t anything done and I think they should have taken more action against this issue .If he would not listen to the warning they should had charged him a fee . Not I have to put up with this mess on my property.what is the HOA for other than charging us at the end of the year.Im very disappointed and disgusted with this.

I’m disappointed that I had to give this organization at least 1 star to write this review. They are the HOA for the Community where I reside and they are horrible! Their response to inquiries is non existent. I called several times to reach Cher Johnson and Kevin Schwarz. It was my third time calling that I was told they are both too busy to talk to me or to return my call. This is day 4 and I’m still waiting. We have had a great experience working with Yolanda Cardenas for years! She is wonderful and cares for her customers and HOA customers. Together we alwasy make sure the customers are taken care. Great company and great people! I would have them manage my HOA if I could!

We would like to commend Ardsley Management for taking excellent care of our neighborhood. They have consistently insured the homeowners properties, landscaping, common areas, pool and streets are well kept. It is a neighborhood we are proud to live in. Ardsley manager, Christopher Short, brings a high standard of communication, attention to detail and knowledge that makes Ardsley Manamgement a company that homeowners trust to ensure their neighborhoods are well kept, safe and beautiful.

Tamara is a joke! Doesn’t return emails or calls. A neighbor got bats in here condo and they bit her!!. When she called, Tamara never responded. Neighbor had to go to hospital and gets shots. There are still no covers on the vents for building, exposing all tenants to a health risk. I have reported Ardsley and Tamara to board of health! ! My upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment, it was an illegal rental. Ardsley/tamara completely ignored all my phone calls and requests. I had to pay for the remodel out of pocket. Robin was very helpful. I have lived here at Crest View since 2022, and never received any information concerning the Crest Views rules and regulations. It was Robin who sent me the all the appropriate documents I needed, as well as helped me connect to the correct app to pay my dues.

I never feel "Welcomed", when speaking with Ardsley Management Corp, when submitting issues. Management at the Property where I reside, seemed "Bothered" and "Uncaring", when reaching out by email. Professionalism, Common Courtesy, Respect of "Our" Property, and the "Well Being" of the Residents, should be a Priority. I have considered moving, because of the "High Cost" of monthly HOA fees, and the "Lack of" Professionalism & Service, "I" have received.

I have lived in my home since March of 2024. I live in Ashton Lennar. The property manger never answers her emails in a timely manner. From my knowledge has not even drove through the community to make sure people are following the neighborhood rules and standards. People have fences up that don't meet community standards. Many homes have weeds and yards that are not mowed. Many people block the sidewalks with their vehicles. I as well of others want to keep my home value up. Please do your job Cher Johnson.

I’ve been a tenant of Ardsley Management Corporation for almost 10 years and have really enjoyed my experience throughout! Everyone at the office including Kevin and Stephanie Stone have always been there including the time when someone ran over our mailbox and was able to get a new one up within a week from one of their partners. If you are considering using Ardsley Management Corporation as your property management company I would highly recommend!

Taylor has been so much help to me! My husband past away and she's made it so easy to get things taken care of!
