Would not recommend. They don't follow HOA guidelines for my community.

Horrible service! It is impossible to get a hold of a live person and forget getting a response on service related issues.

Bridget has gone above and beyond to fight for our HOA's interest. She is down to earth and is always open and honest when communicating. Highly recommended if you have a choice to have her manage your community in the Indianapolis area.

Bridget has been fantastic to work with. Her organizational skills and communication have been outstanding. She has done more for us in three weeks than her predecessor had done in two years.

In the short amount of time our community has worked with Bridget she has done more than others to help keep this community im check. She is always prompt and courteous with our requests.

Bridget White has been very helpful in figuring out solutions to HOA issues that have come up over the past few years. We hope that she continues to serve as a mediator for our HOA indefinitely. Thank you, Bridget!

Bridget has been wonderful to work with! We had some concerns and when these were brought up she very professionally handled them and changed some of the current processes to make the corrections needed. It is not easy to please an entire neighborhood but she has stepped up to the challenge! Thank you Bridget for your professionalism, timeliness, and dedication to our neighborhood! You have always showed up for us even to our social events! You won't find that with other management companies.

I would recommend to you Donna Trip, account manager for Associated Asset Management, Inc. (AAM). Donna is an excellent representative for AAM. Managing a neighborhood HOA, one needs someone who will provide good advice, help shoulder many of the chores, and communicate well with the neighbors. Donna does all those things and more. I could always count on her to make less work for our board, not more. Incompetent. We submitted a request and received no follow up response whatsoever from them. When we reached out 2 weeks later, they claimed to never have received it. We provided the date of submission and then it was "magically" found in their inbox. They made no effort to provide status updates or push things along due to the delay from their error. The only responses we ever received were exerts from the contract saying they had 30days. Once the 30days passed we followed up. They had not heard from the committee and made no attempt to follow up the committee. My representative went on a 2 …

We really like working with our AAM representative Clarissa Cochran (Remington Community - Fishers, IN). She is on top of the issues, attends all of our meetings, visits our community for visual inspections, etc. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. She is a newer member of the AAM team and a great addition!

Since the departure of Chris Tompkins at Vandalia at Del Webb things have steadily gone downhill The staff are not welcoming. Never greeted. The activities, except ongoing ones that are organized and driven by residents are poorly planned and are last minute with constant changes. Our opinions and expertise are basically ignored. There appears to be a disconnect between residents' expectations and AAM staff. Maybe job descriptions would be helpful. It use to be a warm and exciting place. Not anymore!

Abby Spargur and Diane Arnett have been SO amazing to work with. We've submitted about 4 different requests upon moving into Bridle Oaks - backyard, driveway, trees - and a recent rushed approval for a revision. Can't speak highly enough of how easy they are to work with and how helpful they both are!

Useless waste of an HOA. Does nothing well except take your money. If you have ANY choice, do not live in an HOA community, especially one named AAM.

David Marsh was professional and prompt when handling my concerns regarding the recent snow removal at the Towns at Avalon North. I appreciate his time and patience utilizing the appropriate channels to get my issue handled within the same day.

We are residents in Andover North and had major issues dealing with AAM. Thery have messed up our billing and will not fix their mistakes. I have called over 5 times and had zero response. I can't even get a phone call back! This company is horrible.

It pains me to express that, unequivocally, Associated Asset Management did not create an environment where individuals of Black ethnicity feel welcomed. Despite many years of residing in Indianapolis without encountering such extensive racism, my experience with this company and the building's residents was profoundly distressing.
