Larry and his team helped me save almost $8k by fully investigating an issue coming from the basement and not settling with the first quote. Initially, thoughts were a sewage leak into the basement resulting in a almost $9k quote from one company, however after Larry pushing to find the root cause, they found it was not sewage but food and water from the kitchen sink piping that was dislodged, resulting in a $1500 fix. I am really grateful that not only are they into fixing the problem for the tenant but also taking care of the property owner. Thank you!

Sends out text messages to ppl who own, and don’t own properties they want. Under state law you need consent to send these marketing text messages. I have gotten these texts and don’t own the property myself but live there. I have owned this phone number for almost 10 years. Was never asked consent. Where did they get my number? They looked it up on google or bought contacts from another company. I think it just shows their ethics in business and should be talked about. What else will they do that invades our rights. Horrible properties not maintained. They have no care that their negligence cause severe damage to tenants . For a year and a half we messaged them atleast once a week begging them to do something and figure out what was going on in our home. And after a year and a half of thinking every day we were going to die we figure out we had a carbon monoxide leak the whole time from hot water heater not being maintained and installed correctly. On 11-19-24 I reported the hot water not working. The lady from the office who talks with a lisp said since I'm the only one in the building complaining about it, there is nothing she can do and for me to get up extra early to see if the hot water working so I can shower. The hot water has not been working at all since I reported it. I then spoke to Anna on 11-26-24, she said they were working on it and it's on the emergency list but the hot water is still not working nor has anyone been over to the building to work on it. We had to spend Thanksgiving with no hot water.

I am currently a resident and I highly recommend no body rent or buy any property associated with BHB. The company does not address any issues on the property and only care about money. For example my fridge motor went out and all my food went bad. I called BHB where after 3 days the fridge was replaced but refused to pay for the food that spoiled in the fridge due to not having a working fridge. The company also does not know laws regarding service animals and will try to bill you for having the animal due to the complex saying no pets even though service animals and ESA animals are protecte…
