Terrible company since they took over the Jameson apartments in November. I had been having hot water issues since I moved in and when I complained about the water running out in 5 minutes in the entire apartment , the property manager Charles came into my apartment , “ looked “ at the water heater with no maintenance experience and argued with me about how the hot water isn’t going to last that long in a one bedroom apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. This is what happens when you call the emergency line for valley forge apartments on a Sunday. Here it is Thursday and just getting a water heater replaced. With still the same outcome. Water leaking from somewhere in this same water heater closet. Clearly a blind man can see there was previous work done to this same closet. And I'm gonna assume for the same . problem. Water leaking within this closet.
