My wife and I had a great experience residing at our residence with Brandywine Homes USA. Holly was very professional and great with customer service.

The best rental company I ever worked with. From maintenance being quick with orders and to staff being kind and understanding.

We rented with Brandywine for 3 years from 2022 to 2025. Regrettable that we had to go elsewhere because our there were no rentals in the areas we were looking through them, we would have gladly stayed for many more years. Holly is the BEST! Decent rent increases per year, fast responses to questions and maintenance requests. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Brandywine! The leasing manager, Holly has been amazing since day 1!! I am on my third year at my home and she has been so helpful and understanding no matter the circumstances. For as long as I rent, I will stay with this company. Thank you Brandywine & Holly!

Great company to rent from. Didn’t have any major issues with the property and the few problems that came up were solved very quickly often times the next day. I was afraid that my rent would go up drastically however I was pleasantly surprised to see very small increase of about $50 while other renters with different companies were seeing 200-300 in some cases. Definitely recommend Brandywine.

We rented from Brandywine homes for 16 months. When we first started working on the lease, we made it very clear that we would need the home for at least 12 months but would not need it for 24 months. Year #1 was uneventful. A few maintenance issues - resolved fairly timely. When we approached our lease end-date, I contacted Amy and Holly for the renewal with clear instructions that we would not need another 12 month lease. I strongly advise against renting from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The home has severe mold issues that have negatively impacted the health of my children and me. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, the management has been unresponsive and has failed to address these serious concerns. Maintenance requests take an excessively long time to be fulfilled, and when work is eventually completed, it is often done poorly and left unfinished. This company used to be amazing! But under the new management they are not very prompt at fixing serious things at the property. We have to call over and over to get things done. They also tag on money to your rent for “fraud protection” even if you have your own credit monitoring. Also they are very rude to you and belittle you and insult your intelligence when calling regarding the home. Beware. Rent from someone else and save yourself the headache

Dont ever! Rent from this company ever! Worst mistake of my life! Maintenance communication horrible! And they left paint everywhere from a fixing a molded ceiling, well covering it back up . Someone told me the entire ceiling is molded and they are just covering it up! Our experience with Brandywine Homes has been extremely disappointing due to their consistently poor communication and service. Initially, things seemed promising, but it quickly became clear that their commitment to tenants ends once the lease is signed. I initially had a positive experience with Brandywine Homes during our first year, but everything went downhill after we renewed our lease for the second year. We were promised a new fridge due to the inadequate size of the original one. It took over two months to receive it, and no one bothered to come out to measure the space for the new one. When the fridge finally arrived, it didn’t fit because the cabinets were not flush top and bottom. I have been with Brandywine for two years, Holly and Israel have been the best management team I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I spent 6 years as an apartment painter dealing with multiple property managers, aswell as I personally have had 3 different property managers. Out of all them no management style can come close to them. I have went through my own financial hardship causing me to be late on my rent on more than one occasion, and they have never given me a single issue about it. I strongly recommend Brandywine, especially having Holly as the manager

If I could do 0 stars I would. I have had better customer service being at apartments than I have renting through bandywine homes. They have 0 communication and add random charges to your rent. The technicians they send over for maintenance request are highly questionable as far as experience and trustworthiness. Highly regret renewing our lease

Everytime I call I get transferred to Israel. He always helps me out, when it comes to the payment portal, maintenance, and every other little question I have had, he has helped me. If you need any help ask for Israel!

We just moved into our home. My experience with the office staff and personnel have been wonderful. The only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars was that when the day came to get our keys came, the keys were not in the lockbox. However, Holly the property manager did make it right by finding a locksmith that could come out asap and drill out the old locks and put on new ones. I had a dish washer not working they sent 5 to 6 technician but non of them solve the problem and each tome they it is working, complaint was made in November in first week some time, still issue is not resolved , week ago they said they will change the dish washer almost 8 day past still not resolved , not to mention dhs washer is one issue their is others too and all have similar issue.
