Brentwood Property Group provides great service! They are quick to respond and communicate very well and efficiently. As an investor, it was difficult to find the right property management. I’m very glad I found Brentwood Property Group through other investors and I am eager to grow my portfolio with them.

I use Brentwood to manage my out of state mid-term rentals and would recommend Brentwood to anyone in the area. Gabe & his team go the extra mile to manage the entire process of finding tenants & screening tenants, managing turnover, providing updates, and helping find price effective solutions to inevitable capital and operating expenditures. Best of all, they are digitized and have invested in software to manage rentals so that you have transparency into accounting.

Gabe Chase and Brentwood Property Group has been doing a wonderful job! As a Short Term Rental owner, I needed someone who is highly dedicated and pays attention to every detail for optimal customer satisfaction, and Gabe was the absolute best person for that. booked a property with this company through airbnb 6 months prior to our event. The final day for full refund they sent me a "sorry we have to move you" notice at 7am, which is before the office opens, so obviously sent as an auto email. Contacted them to have them cancel from their end since the property they offered to move us to was not going to work. They refused to cancel in time for full refund. There was no explanation of why we were being moved. This, plus the refusal to cancel from their end sure makes this company seem sketchy.

Gabe and Kiki made sure to connect with us every step of our trip and experience. We stayed at one of their adorable rentals while moving my son into Butler University. They even left him a personalized note with yummy snacks. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect too! They sent a local guide with restaurants that we tried and we loved the city so much. We will definitely book this place again on our next trip. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The absolute best stay we’ve ever had. My family truly felt that they were living in a dream. The support from the owner / staff made our stay that much more desirable as they were available at ANY time of the day to address any questions we had. BEST BEST BEST EVER!!!! We shall BE BACK!!!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Indianapolis! Everything was exactly as described—spot-on accuracy and no surprises. The house was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Communication with the owners/property manager was simple, straightforward, and very timely. The house interior was surprisingly modern, nicely renovated and furnished. All 4 bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows, with plenty of towels for our use. All the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean and had great lighting. We'd book this house the next time we'll be in Indy!

We loved the home. It was comfortable, homey, and had everything we needed. Also super convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again! We loved that the home is super kid friendly, too! The property managers were easy to reach at all hours and quick to respond.

Beware! I rented a airbnd property managed by this company. Charged over a hundred $$ of extra fees for nonsense claims. Defensive to any input about difficulties or limited amenities. Not recommended

We just signed a lease with this company they are absolutely amazing I called them about a water leak & it wasn't but a short few minutes before somebody showed up to fix it they respond very quickly absolutely love that. 💕
