so i was out of the state when i gave my notice to move out, 2/4, and it was recongized by someone there( with email proof. then my roomate went in on 2/17 and signed some paper. when we were moving out they said if we could find some kew they would recognize the 2/4 notice and refund to that amount. mind you everything in in email. my roomate couldnt find it and not they are keeping they whole thing (100$'s) and asking for 103$ due to not being able to find a 50$ key. is there someone at corprate i can talk to, the fact that someone who has lived in this complex 2 times is being given an ul…

Please vacuum the hallways at Nook Nine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Brand new build and it’s going down fast. Telling your employees the hallways will get vacuumed more often when occupancy gets better should never be a reason for not maintaining the property. I’m posting it here and not the property because it’s not their fault. Shame on you Buckingham. Do Better!

I’ve lived at one of their complex in KY for 3 years and have updated my reviews multiple times because they are so inconsistent. WOODBRIDGE APARTMENTS The bad: • Water & sewer are master-metered and split by unit size. We are paying $160–$180+ for a 2/1 unit, and you can’t even see your actual usage on the 3rd-party billing. High water & sewer bill that feels completely unfair. • Internet is non-optional ($83/month currently). As I’m typing this, it’s been out since 1/9/26. Outages have made me miss work, completely unreliable. You can get your own internet for way cheaper and better but th…

Any large leasing agencies will have their issues, but writing this review specifically for Will on the Cityway maintenance team. We’d had some issues with our AC, 2 maintenance calls last week that didn’t seem to do much. Will came today and actually showed me what was going on. Lots of debris all around & the filter was completely caked on with lint. Apartment was hot & energy bill was high because of this. This is an amazing apartments company, if there’s anything wrong, they come fix it right away. I live at the Northlake Farms location in Gurnee and their service is the best. The property manager is insanely nice. I have been living here for 13 years and I’ve never had difficulties staying here. They also do a great job keeping the apartment looking nice, they are making new parkings, filling in holes in the roads, and etc. If I ever had to recommend anyone to an apartment in all of Lake County it would be this one. Wonderful apartment.

Buckingham is a JOKE. They hide behind “centralized” no one answers the phones. When you are lucky enough to receive a response to an email you are told they are busy and manage multiple locations. Clearly, this is not my problem. The only positive thing I can say is that my property manager Mark and Shelby care and do what they can. However, Buckingham as a whole is horrible. I just moved to Landmark at Lyncrest Reserve managed by this company and it’s been a nightmare. First they didn’t have my keys ready for me on my move in date even though I applied and got approved 3 weeks prior. Then I move in and one of the toilets literally drains on the floor when flushed. I put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed and not only did they not come fix it… they marked the request as complete. I lived at the Village on Spring Mill apartments. Loved the apartment but Management has a lot to be desired! I moved out the beginning of the year and have tried on numerous occasions to see if I have a refund check and if a package was delivered there. NO ONE has called me back so today I called corporate. I stay in steeplechase and this is my 2nd apartment. I lived in another city under Edward sons and Rose....for 15 years. All 15 years I haven't had 1/10 of the problems that I have faced being at Steeplechase. Recently Buckingham seems to have bought more properties in Indiana and decided that they can do "centralized" maintenance. Extremely corporate. It's like a damn halmark movie. Employees don't stay or more experienced employees are cut for cheaper ones. Property management is at rock bottom. Maintenance takes 3 weeks. Rent will increase 6-9% each year *BY POLICY*.

Don’t payout on referral bonuses. I question the integrity of this company and the staff. Lived at the Woodburn Exchange for 17 months….. Poorly run building and not at all worth the high rent. Larae

The team at CityWay properties has their priorities mixed up. I put up a small fence to help keep people away from my unit and add some safety for me and it was up for 7 months. Then they randomly decided to ask me to take it down but yet there was multiple drug dealers that lived here, they did nothing about. A child overdosed on this property, nothing gets done. Homeless men squatted in an apartment here for 6 months, they never knew. But a gate on a corner unit is the bad thing? Give me a break. I HAVE LIVED IN BARRINGTON ESTATE IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN SINCE JUNE 2019 AND IS STILL A RESIDENT. Buckingham says to contact them, but calls are never answered or returned. Their properties don't treat AC issues as priorities. Our AC kept having the same issue over the entire season. Issue always returned(5 times) They have their maintenance crew stretched over multiple properties. They are currently too busy building new properties and apartments instead of taking care of existing residents. I do not recommend any of their properties any longer.

Currently rent at Shiloh Crossing. Wish I didn't renew my lease. First the property 1) no pool all summer, have not had use of pool for full season since they purchased the property 2) street sign at entrance hit over a year ago still leaning 3) screen laying put in front of property 4) can't sit on patio as foutian has not worked all season in pond. First, I will say the office and maintenence staff are good. However, some of the current residents are definately questionable. 2 bedroom only allow 4 (2 ppl per bedroom) there are several apts next to me that have 5 ppl, and some are moving ppl in and out of their apt (I was told directly in their country they rent a bed to someone - not how we do it here in the US). Loud parties to wee hours in the AM. No respect for others living around them. I've been here almost 5 years and I'm done. 2025 - I'm moving out. Center Point used to be nice, but now it feels like the ghetto.

Avoid their properties like the plaque. The properties don't answer calls or emails..and neither does corporate. They keep more of your security deposit than what they should and refused to address this issue (highlighted photo for proof 🫢) Many times I have tried to escalate issues at the property to corporate due to the lack of response, care, and timelines and they couldn't care less. This is your home...they don't have to deal with the stress and issues you have to To be continued 🙃

0 Stars for Lack of communication. I've been trying to get ahold of someone here about a check they owe me for months now. They know I've been calling according to the apartment complex I rented from 5 months ago. My emails and calls have been ignored by them and I'm over it. DONT rent from here because you wont get your deposit back I guess

The property owned by this company in Louisville named Woodbridge apartments is attempting to withhold my security deposit even though the things they claim are wrong with the unit after I moved out are covered by the pet deposit that I paid they allowed people to come in and steal money from me that they gave keys to and would never tell me who they were do yourself a favor and don't rent from anybody associated with Buckingham Properties.

11/2024 Update. Very shady business practices. The property manager at my property. Charged a month and back charged a month for a parking spot they never put in the lease. Threatened to back charge the entire year and told me I should be gracious she didn’t. After speaking with an attorney she has no legal right to charge or back charge anything. Prior to this They hounded me to sign a renewal warning me of month to month rates (which was another issue pointed by attorney). I signed the renewal. Then this parking thing happens, I go to the office frustrated, and angry. And now she is rescindi…
