I would not recommend working with C&C Associates for property management. (Cynthia Sells) During my experience, there were significant issues with rent collection and communication. Multiple rent payments were either delayed, not properly accounted for, or not remitted to me as the owner. In addition, monthly statements were inconsistent or missing, making it difficult to track the financial performance of my property. Cynthia at C&C Associates has been our Property Manager for the past three years. In December 2024 our tenants got behind on rent and we agreed to allow them to stay with a plan to become current. The tenant diligently followed their catch up plan but Cynthia led us to believe they were still behind on rent while keeping the money for herself. We have verified evidence that our tenants paid her $6,300 in rent that she refused to acknowledge or transfer to us. I worked with Cindy as my property manager for about 5 years. Initially, the experience was good — things ran fairly smoothly, communication was decent, and rents came in on time.
