If I could give it 0 reviews I would. I’ve had had a leak in my ceiling for 5 weeks and they have done nothing about it. A trash can fills it up every 3 hours and I have to dump it out. This place is honestly a joke. They say it’s a great place and that it will be fixed soon but they do nothing. Never live here. The community pool is gross and has bandaids in it. This place is honestly disgusting.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Center Point Apartments absolutely earned this one. This was easily one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had, and the only reason we stayed as long as we did was because moving is expensive and exhausting. Let’s start with the biggest issue. Our ceiling leaked for FIVE MONTHS straight. This wasn’t some minor drip either. It was caused by the AC, a busted pipe, and at one point water was literally coming up through our floor tiles. We reported it over and over again. At least seven different times we were told “it’ll be fixed this time.” It never was.…

i’ve lived here for two years. LOL is all i can say. maintenance is very slow to requests.. you have to wait atleast 3 weeks to a month in order for even the smallest maintenance request to be done. hoping that your order doesn’t get deleted.. you tell someone in management & they suggest you to try & do the request yourself if you can. otherwise, maintenance will get to you on their time. remind you, they have about 4 MEN in maintenance.. why should a woman do any type of maintenance if she pays over $1,600+ in rent???!!! what bothered me today, was when i called the office to let them know t…

Center point was my home I enjoyed my years I will miss. The staff when I needed them they were there thank to the center point family very professional I will miss my home a wonderful place to live

I have been here a little over a year. Maintenance is great, efficient and quickly handled. The biggest issue is the noise level. I can’t count the times I have complained about the parties that go on from 10pm to 6am. It’s not just the apartment above me but the one next to me. I had three people next door walking and yelling in the walk ways from 9pm to 11pm. They don’t seem to have a handle on the noise. If it wasn’t for this recurrent issue this place would be better.

BEWARE!!!!! This apartment complex enters your house when you specifically say YOU WANT TO BE THERE!!! Makes me want to get cameras around my apartment now so I KNOW WHATS GOONG ON IN MY HOUSE!!!! DON’T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Now, I change mind that I had a negative survey, on your, bc u call me and resolve my problem, which I will recommended every one to work with center point apartment, bc they have good communication and take care of people 👭

I ALMOST DIDNT go with this apartment after seemingly endless research on where to move for my first place simply due to the bad reviews I was terrified of having issues with staff but even more so of unwanted visitors (I.e roaches, mice, etc.) I even attempted to pull out of my lease and communicated to Anne my fears..and let me just say she’s an Angel on earth. She sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes giving me reassurance my fears are simply just that.. fears. Komlan the maintenance man is great help any issue quickly and efficiently. Mrs. Mealeah the apartment manager is awesome she very nice and cares about peoples situations and she will give her all the help anyone who need help

been here for 1 month and maintenance is horrible, I put in a maintenance request July 1, today is August 7 and they still haven’t fixed my issue but marked it as complete. they told me they would come the next day to fix my issue, and never came back, that was over 3 weeks ago…. Bijon was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and provided SUPREME customer service helping my Godfather and I. She was very patient and knowledgeable on her craft. One the BEST leasing consultants I have ever met.
