City's End-Fountain Square Apartments Reviews

I hate to agree with other folks who are commenting negative things about the apartment complex but I do. Im tired of the doors to the building the office claimed to be fixed still sometimes remaining ajar which allows sketchy people to come inside 😮‍💨 On top of that the carpets on the stairwell are never cleaned and still have puke and dog pee from well over a MONTH ago. Ever heard of a carpet shampooer? 🤢 And like someone else said... its against the lease to smoke so why do i constantly smell cigarettes and naasty vape juice 😡 care about the folks who reside here and please fix the problems…

People aren't getting reprimanded for smoking cigarettes on their balconies!! This makes it to where I can't have my windows open or enjoy time outside when it literally forbids it in the lease. On top of that people keep leaving trash and cardboard in the trash chute rooms which makes the hallways smell like garbage and dogs keep urinating and defecating near the entrances of the building because their owners are too lazy to take them on walks. They keep doing all these things because management isn't watching cameras and fining people for their behaviors. Whoever is in charge needs to act…

Recently moved into city’s end apartments and have been really impressed throughout the entire process. Their maintenance is super helpful and the staff in the leasing office had really good communication throughout the move in process. Units are clean, appliances look new, and counter tops offer a lot of space. Enjoying living here and would recommend it.

Recently moved in here and a loving it so far. The building feels safe and secure and the gym and lounge area are nice and well maintained. Pretty quiet building and everyone i’ve met has been nice.

We have lived here for about 3 years now. It's a great spot! And depending on what side of the building your apartment is you'll have a decent skyline view of downtown.

My spouse and I have lived here at City’s End a little over 2 years. The apartment complex has everything you could possibly want and need! Just walking distance from restaurants and the square, updated spaces, clean amenities, quick and helpful staff and maintenance team, I could go on and on! We have enjoyed our time here and have been blessed to call this home.

Great location in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis. Close proximity to almost any attraction in the city. The building is kept clean, and the staff respond promptly to any concern. I’ve had a nice experience.

We absolutely love our apartment! The view of Indy is amazing, and it’s one of our favorite things about living here. The team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything, making our experience even better. Plus, the location is fantastic—there are so many great restaurants nearby, which makes exploring the neighborhood so much fun. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!

I have lived on this property for half a year now and I have enjoyed my experience thus far. The staff are always friendly and the location is great for me as I work downtown. The amenities are also well kept, which I appreciate. The rent is quite high, but I do see them putting efforts into upgrading the space and their security.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As a current resident, I am deeply disappointed with City’s End and its management's handling of safety concerns in the building and parking garage. Recently, multiple break-ins and thefts have plagued the property, yet management has shown a troubling lack of transparency and delayed communication. On multiple occasions, our vehicles were broken into, resulting in significant financial losses. Security footage showed clear points of access used by thieves—like garbage cans and doors left vulnerable—yet management failed to act or notify reside…
