Maintenance crew refuses to fix AC unit and has the audacity to say the luke warm air coming out is the AC working. If you wanna live at a property that employee incompetent workers then have fun with that.
Loud and annoying place junk appliance so dirty
If you want an overpriced house with no AC and in a bad area where your car can get stollen I know just the place for you. Maintenance is not helpful and will show up randomly without notice if you put in a request. They could show up one week from the request or one-month, terrible company that only wants to raise the price and take as much of your deposit as possible.
If I could leave 0 stars I would this company has some of the most rudest people working for them!! They can care less about anyone that they come in contact with the only thing they are worried about is money and don't care about any of their residents!! I warn you to stay away from any property that these people are managing!!
Maintenance comes when I need them to without hesitation.
