Did a great job renting my property to new tenants!

I have dealt with Complete Real Estate Solutions for many many years. The service they provide is very good. . Scott , Dawn and Morgan are very professional and do outstanding job at managing my properties. I would highly recommend them.

Complete Real Estate Solutions has been managing my house for the last 3 years. I am so glad I found them. Prior to working with them, I worked with another company that was hard to reach and dishonest; Complete Real Estate has been the opposite. I appreciate their efficiency, how honest Scott has been, and how fair they are with their pricing. Whenever an issue has come up, they were quick to respond and remedy.

I am a property owner that has work with Scott, dawn and Morgan for at least 5 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. You won’t find any management company in the area that charges management fees as affordable as them. There maintenance costs are fair. They get properties rented usually in a month or less with an exception of a few here and there. They get lease renewals done efficiently. When an issue comes up they make themselves very accessible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their homes in the area.

I love the house very clean and very nice

Whatever you do, don't move into 1017 Laurel St. Look at my Pillario Property review if you want to know how bad this duplex is. (I didn't even fully describe how horrible it was.) Save yourself the grief. I doubt this property management company has resolved any of the issues in that house. Surprised it isn't condemned, TBH.

Beautiful home, landscaping is beautiful, back yard is amazing..

I just started renting a duplex that this company manages. From the application process to the move in was absolutely seamless. Owners and staff act in a very professional manner and answers questions in a timely manner. No complains thus far.
