I changed Property Management companies early this year after just a debacle with my previous Manager! I literally can't express how impressed I am with CRM Properties! They are proactive, Landlord centric, while understanding that a happy tenant stays, reducing vacancy expense. I should have made the moves years ago!

I love work with Heather over the years I was with CRM Property. She works with the tenants on making sure all need are meant, while living in the house.

I work with several property management companies across Central Indiana, and CRM stands out for a very professional operation. Where many prop management companies are mom and pop or family shops, CRM is larger and as a result is able to provide a fuller spectrum of service with dedicated employees. Our property manager, Jessie from the Gold Team has been great to work with, and has taken good care of us with our properties in both Kokomo and Indianapolis. Sad to be leaving this property management company but I have decided to make some life changes and get out of real estate. This is one of the greatest property management companies I have ever worked with. Chris and Julie know their stuff. EVERYONE on the PM team has been very knowledgeable. We have worked with CRM for a little over a year now and they are always a pleasure to work with and I truly think they do an amazing job with property management compared to many other companies we have worked with. Recently we had a issue with IHA and Heather & Meztli worked continuously with me and IHA until it was resolved which took about 6 months!

We have been with CRM for about two years. What we like best is that all the systems are in place for rental property owners. We know that whatever happens with our properties, it will be taken care of quickly and competently. Our CRM person of contact is Brittany. We can always count on her to be efficient, and a good communicator. She is willing to explain issues simply, and be our advocate as well. We recommend CRM.

There was a “glitch” in their rentvine system and apparently we have to back pay whatever was owed. As a business owner ourselves, if we messed up something we would eat that cost, not pin it on our client! They called themselves out when she said each barcode was specific for each house. So now our barcode we scan is in someone else’s hands? So that’s on THEM! Not us. We recently lost our baby at 16 weeks, so we thought someone was being kind and paying our rent. Silly us i guess! - 10 stars, If you want to save your money and don’t want to waste your time, please CRM is not a good option. Every month they make charge for "repairs." Until now, we haven't received our full rent. Our house was built in 2021. We moved to another state for work and had to rent it out. I needed new locks installed at my house. David.A was the maintenance man that showed up. He managed to get all the locks changed while working way past quiting time and he even came up with a brilliant idea on how to install a dead bolt on a door that was actually to thin. He obviously understood how important it was for me to feel safe in my own home and refused to quit until he himself was confident in my saftey. I've been using CRM for about a year now, and they've been doing a great job. Brittany is assigned to my property and has always been responsive in matters regarding tenants, maintenance, as well as advice and insights on the market. Overall, I highly recommend them!

I had a situation where I was not aware of a mandatory Section 8 inspection until the last minute due to factors outside of CRM's control. Once notified of the urgent situation, CRM took immediate action to ensure the appropriate repairs were performed and to schedule the re-inspection. They kept me updated during the entire process. Not only did CRM finish the repairs well in advance of the re-inspection, they were also significantly under budget. Deeply unhappy. Hidden surcharges, tricky verbiage in their contract and disburse funds a month in arrears without disclosure before signing of their contract. They do not advocate for their owners. I’d advise to seek other management

Megan Belanger from CRM properties has been a God sent angel helping ease the transition of relocating from out of state with such short notice with a young family. She has been very forthcoming to provide us with all the information that would help us choose a place to lease and was very understanding of our short window of viewing properties. During the process of getting my apartment lease set up Jennelle was amazing! I am new to all of this and it took some time and patience but she walked me through every step and made the moving process so much less intimidating!

We had an unexpected life change happen forcing us to move in a 30 day time span. We contacted CRM for a rental and Jennelle was the one who took us on and she was awesome. The maintenance man, CD, is very kind and professional. I appreciate him putting in a deadbolt lock to our front door. It makes the home feel safer. They scheduled it as soon as we asked for one and he was here on time and got done very fast!

Absolute worst landlord or company I’ve ever rented with. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The property I rented is plagued with black mold that management either ignores or tries to downplay, despite clear health concerns. Maintenance requests for serious issues—like faulty plumbing—are either delayed for weeks or “fixed” with temporary, careless solutions that don’t actually resolve anything. Horrible company. Will never rent from these people ever again. They don't actually fix issues that come up and have flat-out refused to exterminate pests that are on their properties prior to tenants moving in. We have had an ant problem inside our house since we very first moved in and the only thing we were told by the maintaince staff was that it would be impossible to remove them all and that we should just, "live with the ants". I recently worked with Jennelle and Megan at CRM. It’s been a wonderful and professional experience. From applying for a rental property to signing my lease and everything in between, they are consistent and inform you of the process, every step of the way.

They had Home Repair Heroes come out to fix the living room floor and cracked drywall in one of my bedrooms. Not only did Justin explain what all they needed to do, but he and his team were always on time, worked quickly, and were very respectful. They also cleaned up after themselves, and helped move the furniture back into my living room, plus went above and beyond to fix additional things I mentioned and things I didn’t. I highly recommend Home Repair Heroes if you need any work done on your home.

My door lock has been broken since I moved in. I kept getting new keys but nothing was working. I sent in a maintenance request and CD came in and fixed my lock. The move-in process was very simple once we get everything done. The property is beautiful. It smells good and clean and everything is up very well. Honestly everything has been really smooth. Megan is very detailed and prompt in her responses. Super helpful. House was very clean.The automated digital code to the self showing gave me a bit of trouble immediately, but it ended up working. I can update after a few months of being moved in . But 10/10 so far.

Any issues with my property that I have had arise over the years have been resolved in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them as a company to rent from to anyone looking. Thankful to Emily for answering my questions during my first inspection, and being respectful of the fact that my family an I were present.

CRM has a policy written into there lease that at 6 months of lease term, you pay $75 for a pet inspection to make sure you haven’t damaged your rental. While I find this onerous, Emily Booher was a very kind and professional person and made the process painless, notwithstanding the $75 fee.

Emily B provided a quick unobtrusive inspection and was willing to answer all of my random questions i had helping me feel better about my first time renting thanks!!!!!

Recently we had an issue with our refrigerator, I made a new meld and within the hour I had a response! CD was the maintenance man who came shortly after the response to the meld! He was very friendly, answered all of my questions and was very quick yet thorough. He explained everything to me and made the whole process super easy! He even had our new fridge ordered and set to come to us next day. Thank you to CD for all the help and to the CRM team!

CRM has been a great company to rent from. There has been no request for maintenance for which they have not sent immediate assistance. This is an old house with a very strong personality so there are going to be issues. Everyone at CRM has been very courteous at responsive. Emily B did an amazing inspection for our property. This is our first time staying at a place with a yearly inspection but Emily was very polite and courteous and helpful. It did not feel intrusive at all and was very quick yet thorough. In fact the entire renting process with CRM has been quite a dream and we could have only wished for a property management like this many years ago.

Family member has had a horrible MOLD situation brought to their attention at the beginning of the year. Nothing has been done still. They fixed his bathroom and the sink still leaks, faulty wiring to where the light switch still won’t always turn on, and the fan still doesn’t do anything. Really disappointed in how mismanaged and or the lack of communication is with everything.

David was great and efficient on his work I needed done in the bathroom. He was nice, kind and thorough. The new shower looks really good.

CD with maintenance fixed my garbage disposal and was a very kind gentleman.

My refrigerator seal was broken and leaking, so I put in a meld.. that day I was responded back to with appointment for the next day!!! They ordered and got it fixed and the guy was so helpful the entire time! CD was awesome!!

So far our experiences have been super pleasant with CRM, Megan was super helpful moving us in and keeping us updated with every moving part. Moving in there were some things that needed attention and 3rd parties have been sent as well as CRM maintenance CD have been attentive and fast to respond. We have been given the proper heads up every time before someone shows up and CD has been more than happy to assist in any other questions we have had and explaining everything he has been doing in the home.

They never came to see the property and had no idea the condition of it before I moved in. Had a great experience WHILE renting from them. Since moving out, we have now been waiting 60 days for the few thousand dollars they owe us for our damage deposit and such. We've called multiple times and have gotten nowhere. Would no longer recommend to anyone. They would sure be tacking on extra fees or even possibly evicting us if we took 60 days to make a payment, yet here we are waiting 60 days on them to give us OUR money back.

SCAM ARTISTS. They overcharge, falsify claims, refuse to provide answers, and provide minimal to no aid throughout your lease. Had issues with a furnace being hardwired through a pull string light and the wires exposed. They charged me for addressing this issue, stating they just had to put batteries in to fix it and they never fixed the wiring. Currently battling them for a 3rd inspection that they are charging absurd amounts for moving out such as painting the ceiling, painting the front door, doing more to the property as I moved out than from when I moved in. I’ve rented with CRM for two years now coming up on renewing for a third year, and I have actually loved renting through them. They respond quickly to any concerns I may have and keep me updated as things progress. There aren’t many rental companies that actually care but my property manager Heather Santin and the team at CRM have made renting an enjoyable experience for me.

I would give zero stars if I could. Property is sub-par - and was the nicest of all the properties I looked at. The ceiling fan swings wildly on low. Nothing was cleaned before my move-in even though I told them several times the house smelled of dog excrement and had animal damage. There is dust and cobwebs. There were holes in the bedroom wall and bathroom closet floor. There is someone else's hair painted to the bathroom wall - and they did not paint before I moved in!!! When we found ourselves in a bad situation a friend who rents with CRM told us about them and thought it would be a good fit. Turns out that he was right. The terms were clearly laid out and Jennelle and Megan's professionalism were vital in getting our approval in rapid time and getting us settled into out new home which wasn't easy since I have a puppy that most look at and misidentify her which led us to be denied multiple times. Now I get to snuggle every night with my doggy and she loves her new backyard.

Beware before renting. Do not rent. CRM is a fraudulent company. CRM abuses renters and takes advantage of lack of enforcement of tenants laws in Indiana. They are known for committing illegal actions against renters. CRM Properties is designed to take advantage of tenants. They bribe current tenants into writing good reviews, do not trust any reviews that are overly positive.
