Been with Discover Properties since 2012 and I am very happy about it. I feel blessed to have found a great management company right off the bat. A one stop shop for everything real estate. Communication is great and they stay on top of things that I would have forgotten. Had two properties with them but had to sell one some years back. Wish I had 100 properties with Discover. 👌 A+++

My experience: First, it was the roaches, then four different times I had to deal with a mice, now I have no AC which Nobody seems to care about that. I’m burning up in my own house. The maintenance man cannot help because now the owner is dealing with all of this crap but nobody got notified about it till today by the Maintenance guy. I cannot wait for my lease to be up this place is starting to be a joke. The fact that if we have to go to court, just know I PROOF that nothings is being done!

I love my home but no upgrades have been made, every year increases on the rent but no improvements to the home. I have been a faithful tenant

Zero stars actually company is complete trash. They manage a trailer park where I used to live. All they do is charge more and do less. Why I left. BEWARE DON'T TRUST THEM THEY WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK.

Be aware! I’m being generous and giving them two stars because they did get maintenance out when I needed it and overall, my time renting from them was fine. This company deserves only one star for how they treated residents moving out. Be cautious! I went to their website to notify them of my intentions to leave early, since I purchased a house.
