DONT RENT from DORFMAN!! My husband and I rented with Dorfman for 5 years. We decided to move out of state and requested our payment history for a new rental and they said no and did not give any reason why. After calling the office and leaving messages with everyone I could and still no response. Another time, our AC was showing an error code and we called maintenance to fix it. The repair man said that we needed to use cheaper air filters, even though I have allergies. We were then charged $350 out of pocket.

We have been tenants with Dorfman for the past 6 years and our experience has been the absolute best! Maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner. Responses to emails are always timely as well. They have worked with us during hard times and for that I am very grateful especially in today’s world! Lisa, Rhonda and Andrew are always a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend using this company to find your new home! -Eboni

1* because Google doesn't let you choose zero. These people will not inspect the property prior to you signing, but hold you to the letter of the lease and charge you for things they left out of place from before you took over. While you live there, they will decide when they want to come inspect the property and take photos of your shit and if you don't follow their rules about that to the letter and decide not to inspect, they'll charge you $100 to reschedule their "15 minutes tops" inspection. I have called Drew and Rhonda 4 times left voicemails and emails and have gotten nothing bad. This is a very urgent phone call which I told them my situation and they still can't pick up the phone and call me back.

They're quick and efficient and the property is real nice I love my new house. I look forward to living here a long time. My little dog loves having a front porch. It's nice to have a house for Halloween so I've already started decorating.

I have rented from several companies in the past couple of years and they all have been greedy corporations who have no regard for their tenants. However, these past few years, I rented from dorfman and they always responded back to me when needed. I just recently moved out and honestly didn't leave the place in the best condition. They fixed everything and sent me back a check with a itemized receipt of what they fixed and gave me a check with the rest of my security deposit without me even asking. I've been renting from Dorfman Properties for almost 5 years. I've had a great experience with repairs that need to be done, great communication and everyone always seems to care and want to help me in anyway they can. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent..

Since zero stars are not an option, DO NOT USE DORFMAN! Rhonda and Drew are disrespectful, and rude. There is no maintenance available ever! Please save yourself the stress and anxiety of trying to pay your rent to slumlords. They wouldn't even open the door when I went to the office.

I would strongly recommend not renting when Dorfman is involved. Non responsive, rude….charges a monthly management fee and renter resolves all issues.
