I used Evergrow for the past 2 years as my property manager. I have been pleased with their services and would continue to use them if I still had a rental property. They were responsive to the tenants when problems arose and to the owner when problems were noted that needed to be addressed.

I was referred to Evergrow at a stressful time in my life. With a number of investment properties in Indiana, and me living in San Diego, there was a lot of correcting and rehabilitating to do! In three months, Evergrow has caringly and so professionally helped to get some pretty desperate issues resolved and continues to be there for me, I did not dream was possible! For parts of this process, was out of the country when trying to make this all happen. I could not have done so without Evergrow. They were straight shooters, told me what I needed to do (not what I wanted to hear), and have been on top of everything. I worked with Evergrow from start to finish on 3 of my rental properties in the Indianapolis area since 2018 until 2024 when they helped me to sell them. They were excellent with communication. I was an out of state investor, and Evergrow made the process of owning rentals in a different market than my primary residence as easy as it could have been. I would certainly recommend them as a property management company and would work with them again if the opportunity presented itself.

Evergrow has been great and on time at fixing our property we rent

Evergrow property management will take advantage of you in every aspect. They self impose fees and make claim the they are unable make adjustments. This is verification that the software that they use do not cost to process rent payments. Think is the response to me asking if the take park in the Indianapolis diversion of eviction

Todd did a phenomenal job handling our rental property after a tree fell through the roof. He handled things with the tenant, coordinated with multiple contractors and the insurance company which were a nightmare and frustratingly difficult to work with. He communicated with me regularly, providing options and following up with progress reports. Together with the rest of the team at Evergrow they got the house put back together, performed a unit turn, marketing, and leased again within a couple weeks of the contractors leaving. Thank you Todd and Evergrow!

We needed our washer fixed, they sent someone out to look at the issue and it all was fixed within 2 weeks! The guy who did our repairs was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very kind

BLUF: Do not rent from this company. Will not communicate, will not honor commitments, and will do everything in their power to get as much money our of their renters as they can. Update: Acting in good faith I paid the early termination fee a month before our move out after them threatening to refuse to acknowledge my notification of moving out if they didn't receive the funds.(2 months rent plus a $400 charge).They then sent me the move out checklist. Evergrow property management has been a great place to rent from.

DO NOT RENT. They have outlandish terms in their lease. They avoid paying for practically everything and saddle the tenant with the cost. You basically pay for a place to stay but almost all repairs fall on the tenant. This company is a scam

If I could write a zero star review, I would. I rented with Evergrow in 2022 - and it is still haunting me to this day. The property that we rented ended up being infested with mice, mold, and the house was slowly sinking into the ground. After fighting back and forth with Evergrow that the house they were facilitating a rental for was uninhabitable, they let us out of our lease only because as tenants we paid for an inspection to be done on the house where the house was deemed not safe for habitation. Impossible to reach. Their recording tells you to press 0 or remain on the line for help. Press 0 the system tells you it's an invalid selection. Remain on the line and the recording plays over and over.

Evergrow maintenance has been great! Very timely, friendly and takes care of the issues.

The property management company charges tenants if they send THEIR maintenance people out who are employed by EVERGROW, even when they find no issue. This is not stated in the lease whatsoever. Todd Burton is also very rude. He talks to people as if they are stupid or don’t understand.

Josh came out today from Evergrow Property Management to repair our bi-fold doors. Josh was super friendly and explained the steps taken to repair the bi-fold doors.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Any issues we have had, are taken care of with urgency. We had some issues when we first moved in, the team was quick to respond and have the appropriate resources out to help us out. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Evergrow did a great job fixing our water heater.
