General property management has been a great service to me anytime that I have issues with maintenance. They would send someone right away. If not the next day if I could give them a 10 star highly recommend thank you guys
Ron and Jordan Herman have helped us managed our Indianapolis property for over 6 years. They are truly professional, helping make sure our tenants have everything they need. They communicate with us on any issues, small or major, and host a year end wrap up to highlight the big items. I just wished I had more rental properties for them to manage -- I highly recommend them as PMs because I can sleep soundly at night knowing the property is well-managed.
I've used General Property Management to manage my properties for several years now. They are quick to act, consultative, and comprehensive with their approach to all tenant and property issues. I know that I have a partner that I can trust when I interact with this team... Can't recommend them enough!
