I have had this company manage a home for a few years now. They are just awesome! It has been easy and worry free. They have always been super professional and have done a great job. Highly recommend them.

They just took over my property my experience has been good so far. They showed up for my matience request when said. They actually update things when not done right.

My son and his mom from these people very nice the place was nice. They lived there for a few months never any issues.... His mom got engaged and moved to Texas. They followed the whole process according to Sarah they even paid their rent with nobody living there until somebody new signed the lease! The apartment was left immaculate needing absolutely nothing the reason for the one star is because they were promised to deposit in return..they followed all the rules for departure every instruction that was given to them they did exactly what they were told to do in order to receive their depos…

They took over my property as my old landlord sold it and so far they’ve been pretty great!

Our building has only been under their management for a few months, but so far they've done a really good job with communication and following up on any issues that arise. And they've been amazing to work with!

I had this so called property Management company under an agreement to manage my newly purchased rental homes. While I had 3 of 6 apartments under renovation, GSM terminated my service agreement due to " unhabital" apartments unit. They only want to manage properties with minimum effort. GSM did not take care of a tenant issue nor communicated to me that a tenant had an issue. GSM, and especially Joann lacks in communication overall. In the same termination email they even offert to reinstate the service when the apartments are completed. I think I am going to pass on that!

Golden sky recently bought our property. So far they have been great.

As an owner - use any other company or do it yourself. They took 6 months to rent one of our properties we onboarded, and tried to charge us close to $3000 in repairs they deemed "necessary", which we had our contractor complete for around $600. They don't have any maintenance of their own for any large repairs, and charge markups on all vendor coordination. So jobs that should be around $800 are getting billed out upwards of $1400. Communication is nonexistent, and they take no accountability for places not being rented. To top that off they don't do all the tours themselves, they put keyboxe…

Took months of repeated maintenance requests to fully resolve a raccoon infestation. Threatened to charge me for the replacement of a key to a communal area, which I was told they lost their copy to. Typically quick to resolve maintenance requests but seems to be using a bot to respond to inquiries before sending people. They also placed a lockbox over the thermostat 1.5 years into my stay, so now the temperature can only be changed by maintenance. Could be worse, by college town standards.

Golden Sky Management is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST realty company to go through in Muncie Indiana i Do and will continue to refer them to everyone I know ♥️ they are very nice people and understanding they are always on top of all maintenance issues and are very helpful people they will work with you on any type of budget and help find the right home for you they are the best company in town I've been with them for years and will continue to rent through them hope everybody enjoys this rental company as much as I do

Some of the best people I've rented from I've had some serious issues happen in my place and without hesitation they were sending maintenance out immediately to help resolve whatever I had going on!!

The bathroom got remodeled to be handicapped accessible for me bye the Medicaid waiver thank you for letting them do that i think you guys would like it because I love it they did a good job on it and when they had the roof replaced it looks good they have taken good care of us and they fix things that need to be fixed when we call unlike middle town properties now they are slum lord's they don't fix anything they let their properties go until they fall apart i appreciate golden sky for taking care of us and there property this is the nicest house I lived in

My spouse and I had been looking for a place that was affordable and could get us in a better home faster and would work with us. Golden Sky went above and beyond for us, and they got us in our new home in under a week. We have been recommending them to some friends of ours who are looking themselves.

This company has been one of the best we have rented from. They have always came and fixed what we needed done right away. The staff is always so respectful and makes you feel valued!

I love Golden Sky Management. I’ve been with them for 3yrs they may have some ups and downs when it comes to getting things fixed, but I can say once you communicate with them and let them know what is going on. They are very. helpful and we’ll get the job done and they will work with u as as long as you talk and communicate with them, that they will, do but if you really look at it, what real estate business that don’t have Ups and down.

Property managers are very friendly and kind. They will work with you if things happen. Semi annual inspections go smoothly, if you have a problem they immediately come out and fix it.

Mike came out to look at our ceiling and ended up fixing 3 other issues we had. He took the time to do them right. He made them look nice also. He has always been on time, polite and respectful. He really seems to know his job well. We really appreciate him.

I like my home. It's in a peaceful area. Golden Sky is quick to fix problems if they occur. If they happen to miss an issue they call to double check if issues have been resolved. Golden Sky is the way to go. I thank them for providing me a home for me and my family.

They took over management halfway through my second year in the building, first, I was hesitant due to the lack of help from the previous owner, however, they have been a delight. They respond in a timely manner, they answer any and all questions, and are quick to fix any maintenance issues. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind thus far, and any employees that have been in the building doing renovations have been kind and considerate as well. I even continued the lease for another year.

I feel safe and secure in my new home and would reccommend this company to anyone looking to settle in the area. When I visit the main office I feel seen and heard. They are really good at keeping up witb stuff and they are really good with working with you on stuff if you need it.

I’ve rented with Golden Sky for the last 7 months. When I first moved in, they came and fixed any problem we had with the place within the first week. They fixed our water, plumbing, locks, and even replaced the refrigerator. They are quick to reply and always send a 24 hours notice for maintenance. Rent is reasonable and cheap!

This place is the absolute worst. Sarah Lucas and the management for Golden sky property. In Muncie are an absolute travesty. As soon as the building was taken over by another property management company, they still took out my rent when they shouldn’t have had any access to my accounts Overdrawing my account $600 on a holiday weekend and when I called to tell them to rectify the situation, they basically told me to chill out and they would have to wait until the property Owner called them back. I have been staying at these apartments for a few months now and have had no issues! Staff are easy to get ahold of and talk to, apartments are clean and extremely pretty, and they always make sure to figure something out for you if you need any assistance! It is my first time renting and I can say I am extremely pleased considering I have heard so many poor stories from friends and families about poor first times, Golden Sky is a great place to start and stay with! They will steal your things before you get everything moved out and they will tell you lies also. I will be suing them for not holding my belongings and yes I have proof that they stole and I have people who witnessed them stealing. I have talked to a few other people who they have done this too also. They sure aren’t nice people . Mickey is an athlete on scholarship at Ball State University. The property management company, Golden Sky reached out to the athletic department to promote interest in their property with the hopes of having athletes move in. I have lived in these apartments for 15+ years and this management company is my third landlord and most part the best landlords I have had. When I have a maintenance issue they usually send someone out the next day and they usually are able to fix the issue. I have not had any major issues with the management company or maintenance

Originally, around 2020 I rented my first place without any assistance. Unfortunately the place was a wreck and the previous company I rented from could do nothing about it. Then Golden Sky bought the property and communication, understanding and kindness sky rocketed. They will work with you to the moon and back. They recognized the property I was in, was in disrepair and never should've been rented without repairs in the first place! Joann helped me find a place that was in a much better situation, and affordable! For that, I am thankful ❤️

I like renting from Golden Sky and I like the way we can pay rent it's easier for me since I am a older person they send someone out as quick as possible if you have a problem with anything that needs fixed. They let you know what is going on so you know if someone is going to show up for inspections they are friendly people who answer the phone and they are nice too. I love the place I live I lived here before golden sky took over and they let me stay so it was nice that I didn't have to worry about finding another place.

I have lived in my home for 4 years now I was recently having problems with some things that was going on in and around my home. Golden sky management took care of those problems at a reasonable time. Their communication is good. Never had a problem with reaching out and I would recommend them.
