Called to ask for status of an unpaid invoice that was almost 90 days past due and the lady that answered the phone LAUGHED three times on the phone about it LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT for their neglience.

This company really should be indicted, from the multi-million dollar loans of which less than 25% were used to do upgrades. To the straight negligence as they bypass codes, permits, background checks, common sense, at first I just couldn't understand but when u have that much money where losing over 30 + thousand a month is more annoying than anything, who needs common sense.

Update: Your lawn crew ran over the trench we dug so the drainage water could move. That caused it to collapse causing the drainage backup into our subdivision. There was also a huge dead snake in it. Would you people please maintain YOUR SIDE OF THE DRAINAGE. For crying out loud, you could smell the rot all the way in my backyard. Look at the drainage between 400 and 600. I think it sits right behind the deck of 402. I see Erikas response. They once again didn't pay their bills, now Clinton IN Rivers Edge Apt no longer has trash service. Why can't this company just pay their bills.

If I could give less stars I would!! In less than 6 months we have had to fight to get our water turned back on because they refuse to pay their bill. We have had trash services on hold for no payment. We have no maintenance team here. Our regional manager sucks. Reached limit with no one getting back with us on these matters so had to file with attorney for breaking contract.

Company doesn’t pay their bills

This review is specifically for Laura Jimoh. I have been a resident at my unit for 15 years. Herron came in as property management maybe a little over a year ago. Laura has been a voice for me and provided me with exceptional care and understanding. She recently went above and beyond to make sure what I requested was complete. I just want the company to know as a loyal resident that I wholeheartedly appreciate her being a voice for residents like myself. Thank you Laura!!!

I reside out at Madison cottages in Rensselaer IN , and I have to say, this company and it's practices are abysmal. First of all, how is this company unable to pay for the dumpsters to be emptied, on time, when they rake in so much money from the outrageous rent they want to charge these people. Not getting the dumpsters emptied results in a health risk for all tenants as it can cause mice, rats, racoons, and even cockroaches to fester and run rampant everywhere in the complex. So people are allowed to smoke weed in a non smoke friendly apartment? Draw racist and offensive slurs and symbols on the side walk? Get away with hitting someone’s car and the property manager doing nothing about it on top of admitting she knew about it and didn’t inform the police? Not fixing maintenance requests that were supposed to be done prior to move in date? And the list is a never ending set of questions because the way this company is ran has to be some kind of joke or they actually don’t have anyone in the offices and it’s a big money front lol.

I moved out of my apartment march 2nd and have yet to receive my deposit back. It was supposedly sent out a few times and I never got it. Now I've been calling the management company for almost a week and it seems like their all ignoring my phone calls I just want my money I don't understand why we're constantly going through this over 300$. I call literally every extention on the phone and NO ONE ever answers. It's like they all dodging me over 300$. I don't know what else to do so I am here!

Skyline Tower - Fort Wayne BEWARE! Management is a liability to themselves and their tenets. Moved in 9/23. They had me provide utilities and renters insurance on the wrong apartment. They don’t take care of their properties I’ve had mold in my bathroom for the second time and yet no one has even come by to look at it. Please don’t do any type of business with these slumlords

They just recently acquired my apartment complex and did not communicate with us on how to pay rent or where until 3 days before it was due. Since their online portal wasn’t up and running when they said it would be we were put in a tough spot since their office is out of town 3 hours away. They still are going to charge us late fees for their poor communication. And delayed the online payment for another week and a half. Terrible company do not rent from them. (I’ve also never been late on payment and have been there going on 3 years. This is how you lose good renters!)
