DO NOT RENT with them. Would give negative reviews if possible. They only care if you get your rent paid on time but if you have any other problem they won’t answer for days and when they do they are rude! Even if it stuff like heat in the middle of winter and your toilets over flowing they won’t answer! Do not recommend
This group is awful. We gave notice of our intent to leave at the end of our lease 2 months ago and have not received a phone call or email acknowledging that fact. They are very prompt to remind you to pay them money...but you have to fight for everything else. If I could leave a negative star review I would.
Update 1-15-25 WEEKS LATER Still no toilets and no response. UPDATE 1-4-25 DAY 11!! OF NO WORKING TOILETS! Day 3 of no working toilets…. I’d love to share more but HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL GET ME SOME MAINTENANCE SERVICE. The owner reads the reviews immediately so I’m certain you’ll read this. I would like working bathrooms. Your company is inhumane. If you rent from this disaster joke of a company..no offense but if you see these reviews and you still rent from here, you deserve it.. because you’ll regret it. No threat just a guarantee. You’ll hate it.
