They seem to have decent prices, but they weren't responsive with me. Took me reaching out multiple times trying to get them to manage one of my properties and then they just stopped responding. Now going with another company.

This management company has amazing people helping the homeowners like me, with excellent services. Very responsive and responsible. Extremely proactive and super professional. God awful experience. Impossible to get in touch with people. We live in a 1,200 sqft house and our electric is $600 through the winter time. They will not answer any calls either. What’s crazy is everyone’s review says their AC goes out which is our problem too. How is it possible that every house you own there’s the same issue. With that being said shout out to the HVAC guys they were amazing to work with.

Hi everyone! My experience that I will share is from my renting experience. I’m going into a year and a half of renting from IPMG and it has been a great experience so far! I stay in a nice area and the home I rent is nice! Anytime I need assistance a response is given in a timely manner. I recently had a situation occur that caused us to have to be temporarily displaced and stay in a hotel! IPMG was very supportive and helpful during the entire process! Most definitely one of the best companies to rent from by far!

The staff at Indiana Property Management is absolutely the best. For the past 6 years they have been very helpful, prompt and professional. They are very respectful and detailed oriented. I was a tenant for 6 1/2 years in a property managed by IPMG. I had very few problems with the rental property, but when I did, issues were handled quickly and professionally. There was not a lot of back and forth. They always deferred to my schedule and made it convenient for me. My property management specialist was Pam Antonetti. She is a superior host and was constantly a bright spot in my day. I honestly didn't know how good I had it until I moved. With my experience, I would highly recommend.

I had a frozen water line! Once I reported my issue I got a quick response!! They sent a crew that was very professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner!!

Reasons for a 1 star review.. 1. Being rented a property with unrepaired damages 2. Finding that the main duct work for HVAC system was severely damaged to the point it was ripped open 3. The wood for the house and foundation is seriously damaged 4. The inability of maintenance to swiftly take care of issues when brought to their attention. Have to question if they even inspect the properties that they are managing. I am a current tenant and am extremely dissatisfied. It pains me to think that I have 8 months left on this lease...

We've been renting through IPMG for the last 8 years. When we first started renting Jason W. was very kind and courteous when showing the property. We were highly satisfied with both the property and IMPG. The whole staff at IPMG and their vendors have been great to work with. We were notified a month before our lease was up that the owner wanted to sell the property and gave us first option to buy. They managed one of the properties my buddies and I lived in. It was often difficult to get maintenance and the house we lived in had HORRIBLE heating and cooling, we would submit complaints and they wouldn’t fix it. During the winter, my buddy’s room got down to 50° before they finally brought out someone to fix it. Then, the following summer our a/c wasn’t working, I had a friend visiting from Ohio and while he was there the inside of our house got up to 81°. Don't do much and do well but always charge extra fee without telling us in advance. Also PM always ignore calls and messages. Bad service and attitude.

Pam and team were great to work with. We had no issues with renewing leases and maintenance requests. Would recommend them to others looking to rent a home.
