They hit me with $594.50 in bogus charges after I moved out, despite cleaning the unit and leaving it in good shape. Here’s what they claimed: • $66 – to remove a bidet (no damage, fully removable) • $45 – to tighten door knobs and closet rods (basic maintenance) • $66 – for carpet cleaning (standard turnover work) • $174 – for patch & paint due to “dark spot” above an outlet • $90 – to tighten bathroom fixtures (again, basic upkeep) • $153.50 – for “deep cleaning” including vents, windows, etc. (I cleaned thoroughly) They provided no receipts or actual invoices, only a list — which is not su…

IUA is an excellent company to rent from. I fell on hard times and they were very flexible and understanding, offering several options to get my rent paid and avoiding eviction. 10/10 would recommend

I moved in June of last year only because I needed a place last minute. It look like the floors in the common areas had been redone but the "bedrooms" had old stained carpet. The baseboards half covered outlets as did the kitchen cabinets. The wall paint was chipped and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I had to buy my own refrigerator because the one they had only had 2 shelves and no drawers. It eventually stopped working completely and when I asked them to remove it they refused. Love renting from them! About to start my 3rd lease with them and they have been absolutely amazing over the years. All of the team is amazing and are very helpful. They are quick to respond when any issues do come up and get it fixed right away. Couldn't ask for better property managers!

We have been renting from them about a year and, so far, the few issues we have had have been fixed pretty quickly! Staff are nice and we love having a one person we reach out to for anything we need- Ashley is always on it!

Been renting from them for 5 years now! The staff is very friendly and shows concerns about their tenants. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. They come out and address any issues very quickly. Very professional in every situation. I have resources and numbers for assistance whenever needed 24/7. The management team is awesome. Thank you!

They took over for my landlord...I was 1 day late,so.they sent out an email to vacate in 10 days...I've been at this address for 4 years...this is insane 1 day late...needless to say I'm contacting property owner....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HOMES RENTED .....

This company is also managed by RCA Properties, tho I wasn’t particularly impressed with either, Indy Urban is operated significantly worse. In the 6 months I was with them, I had 3 different property managers. When I first moved in, the unit was in terrible condition: not properly cleaned with literal garbage all over the yard and inside the house and very apparently broken appliances— which should’ve been addressed before I moved in. The excuse they gave was that the tenant prior to me wasn’t very good— how is that MY problem exactly?? When lightning struck a tree causing a power outage for …

Issues are fixed in a timely manner. Easy to get in to contact with and my rent has relatively stayed the same.

I’ve been in my townhome a little over a year and Indy Urban has truly been amazing! They are so quick with maintenance and have great customer service!
