Update (3/4/2026): Jason continues to do an excellent job. As an out-of-state property owner, I’m able to remain completely hands-off. I am an out-of-state investor. Jason has been my property manager for more than half a year now and he is managing all my properties in Indianapolis. My experience working with Jason has been absolutely amazing! I initially connected with him after a frustrating experience with another property manager. One of my properties needed some TLC and my previous PM was dragging their feet big time.
