The staff have been incredibly helpful, always taking the time to answer any questions I have and accommodating various requests and needs. We have lived at The Edge for just under 2 years and had enjoyed the facilities. The gym and pool are great! The staff is the best. The apts are spacious and open with great amenities.

Harmony apartments has been my home for over 4 years. They are kind, patient, responsive and reasonable in all their care. My only complaint I have had, and they were quick to address it in a meaningful way. I recommend them for everyone

We recently moved into Wheelhouse Apartments on the Monon in Westfield and have had a fantastic experience so far. As empty nesters looking to downsize, we toured several apartment communities in the area, but Wheelhouse immediately stood out and ultimately became the clear choice for us. We love Union Street Flats! We’ve been here for about 2 years, and any time there has been an issue, they have been super on top of things and actually care about their residents. We love our neighbors too, it’s overall pretty quiet. The only thing that could be improved is their snow removal.

I had high hopes moving into this apartment because it looks new and well-kept from the outside—but my experience turned out to be really disappointing. While the complex appears modern and appealing at first, the management and move-out process were frustrating. On my move-out day, I was wrongfully charged a fee that was never clearly explained or justified. I made sure to follow all the lease terms and left the unit in good condition, so this came as a complete surprise. Communication with management didn’t help either. Wheelhouse Apartments have been the best apartment community that my family have ever lived in. We appreciate the time that they put into their apartments and community and it really shows. This is a beautiful Community to live in. The staff has always willing to help. The Apartments size are Spacious. We think we House apartments for going over and beyond for all of their tenants and they care that they put in!

I’ve enjoyed living here primarily because of the location — it truly doesn’t get more convenient. The complex sits right along US 32 with plenty of nearby merchants, which makes errands quick and easy. The Monon walking path is close by for outdoor exercise, and being directly across the street from the YMCA is a huge bonus. If you value accessibility and staying active, this location is hard to beat. Such a beautiful & wonderful place to live, it feels more like home than just renting an apartment! and management is so helpful and understanding 🩷 great parking coming from my last apartment that was important for me. maintenance is also great came 2 hours after i put in a work order in and handle the issue. I am currently residing at the Wheelhouse and I love every minute of it! It’s has been a great experience and all of the staff are the sweetest. They always say hi and check in on my dog. I love the location of the Wheelhouse it’s close to everything I need. Highly recommend living here!!

My time so far at these apartments have been phenomenal. Staff is very friendly and responds very quickly to my needs whether it be by text or call, they send out frequent emails and reminders of fun activities going on each month which I think is so cool, and the amenities here are great! There’s a huge dog park, a big gym, pool, and a nice pickleball court! I like living here. Been here for many years. The maintenance crew does a fantastic job. The front office has always been friendly. I have several friends who have been here for years too. Its a nice community.

Ashleigh and Anhae in Ashleys place have been so wonderful! They are always welcoming and helpful with anything with anything we need! Bonus points my toddler just loves them and they are so child friendly when we come in! Even when certain people make me upset within the community they ALWAYS help solve my issues!

While I experienced ongoing issues with a leaking dishwasher in the past, the maintenance team recently replaced it with a new unit. I’m relieved that the issue has been fully resolved and appreciate the effort to make things right.

I have been living in this beautiful and peaceful place for two years and I have no complaints at all. Both the administrative staff and the maintenance team of Highpointe of Meridian are kind and helpful people who work hard every day to keep a lovely, safe, and warm environment for all residents. We just moved in to Highpointe on Meridian a couple of months ago and have been so happy with our choice! We toured many places and heard many good reviews about JC Hart and overall we were just impressed by their reputation and tenant satisfaction. So far we've had great experiences with the staff and maintenance and feel very safe in our area!

I used to live at a previous JC hart property out west and haven't been let down yet. I think this property (The Waverly) is in a really convenient spot, it's quiet, gated and relatively affordable. Plus you're close to a lot of restaurants, bars and grocery stores.

I've lived here for 5 years, and I love this place, amazing neighborhood. Amazing staff, reliable maintenance, amazing customer service, the staff in the clubhouse are so helpful, kind, and awesome. fun activities attached to every holiday. Have been very happy living at Union Street Flats. Maintenance and the office staff are wonderful.

I just moved into union street flats and I have been nothing but impressed. The leasing office staff are very nice and helpful. The maintenance crews are also great. They have been working around the clock to clean up from the snow storm this past weekend.

However, it's obviously clear that the suits up in Carmel don't care about these properties. They reduced services and cut office hours as if it were a bonus for those of us who live here. This company is absolutely awful to tenants. I live in Union Green and the management just does not care about you at all. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue they caused (that cost me several hundred dollars) for about 3 weeks, and no one responds in a timely manner. I was getting nowhere with the building manager, who eventually told me that because they caused the same issue for multiple tenants, they “had to be fair” by not doing anything to rectify the situation.
