Someone told me talk to Michael James about investing with him. So I met with him and some others and decided to change my investment strategy and go with Michael James. It was the best decision financially I've ever made. I've been with his company for 18 years now. I now don't have to deal with any of the issues with investment properties anymore. They are the best company to rent from since I’ve lived here in Indiana. Nothing like titan management, b&k, munzier, . They will adress your work order quick and prompt. They communicate with us when things are behind the price is def affordable 10/10 Recommend

Every property owned by this company in Evansville, IN is terribly run and understaffed. Zero care for their tenants. Neither myself nor anyone i know has a single good thing to say about this company. They care about shareholders and return on their investment, NOT about you, your family, or the quality of their properties here.

I have been a resident here for 10 years it was recently taken over by JG since then there is absolutely no communication or any way of getting a hold of anyone One neighbor is an absolute slob totally filthy bringing mice cockroaches and bed bugs over into my unit on the other side we have a neighbor that has a hundred pound pitbull who they claim is a sensory animal this dog is extremely vicious they even have a sign on their door stating that we are both senior citizens and do not want to move but something has to budge

We lived in the townhouses at Village Square that are managed by JG2 Companies for a little over 4 years. In that time we have seen management companies come and go, renovations, and new faces for maintenance. Village Square is in proximity to everything you could need, but definitely not a quiet option being as it is next to the highway and the fair amount of instances where police have to be called to the complex (Happened more often towards the end of our years here). New resident of proper taken over by Jg2, Take over was sudden and very little notice given to residents, less than 24 hrs, less than 24 to set up new payment accounts, poor billing practice no water/sewer bill has been given or billed, Community trash bins overflowing constantly, trash blows around property, community dumpster areas poorly kept clean, Maintenance requests to repair Electrical and Fire Code Violations, as well repairs to water damage from leaking roof ( fixed by old management ( after 90 days of leaking and build Commissioner inspection), all have been ignored. 🏠I'm a resident of one of the properties in Lafayette. There are not any pictures of our location so I chose this one. I had a few questions about changing properties. Not because there's anything wrong with where we are, but our need for space is changing. 🙌🏾 I went into this office & the woman I spoke with, was so polite & accommodating.
