Amazing customer service! Thanks for managing our property so well

M Group Management has been taking care of our HOA for about 10 years, and they make the whole process simple and stress-free. Nicole has been amazing—helping us with finances, common area upkeep (pool, ponds, parks, forested areas), and working with contractors. They’re always easy to reach, attentive, and keep our neighborhood running smoothly. We’re grateful for their support and highly recommend them!

Terrible people. Never answer the phone. Never do what they say they are going to. They are all just out to milk hard working homeowners out of every dime they can. They sent a grievance letter dated 5/13 and demanded compliance by 4/30--a date in the past--then had the balls to file a lawsuit against me when they can't even proofread their own nastygrams.

I never take the time to post reviews.  But…the team at M Group Management are TOP NOTCH!  Shout out to Brooke for making it her mission to stay on top of community needs while always being respectful to residents.  She handles issues quickly and always provides clear communication.  Very grateful for her support over the years.

I’m new to the community and new to the whole HOA way of life. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to Brooke with M Group Management that takes care of our HOA. She was not only quick to respond to my MANY questions, but she was also polite and very knowledgeable. Her professionalism was a breath of fresh air!

I've had an incredible experience with M Group Management and their team. From day one, they've been professional, responsive, and truly invested in both the property and the tenants. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, communication is always clear, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Just want to give praise to the HOA and specially Nicole. We are adding a pool and fence and Nicole worked with me to get all the proper info and approvals. The experience could not have gone smoother. The whole process of submitting info to approval was less than two weeks. The absolute worst company I’ve experienced or had to deal with in 38 years of life. Nothing I say can express how horrible this company is. They manage the HOA in the neighborhood I live in. No one ever answers the phone and no one is ever at their office. The office that’s listed at the address online. To be completely honest, I didn’t even know the company’s name or that they managed the HOA until they sued me for unpaid dues. Dues I never got an invoice for or even a letter requesting payment. I just got a letter from a lawyer one day telling me suit had already been filed and if I wanted …

These people never come out and do their job. My neighborhood has a ton of people who just don’t take care of their lawn or do basic upkeep of their house and we live in HOA so they’re supposed to. I’ve called and complained and left emails. No one reaches back to me. I don’t know if anybody even works at the number that’s provided. There’s no accountability for these people. We just send them money twice a year and sometimes they send out a snow plow when it snows bad that’s it never anybody comes out to inspect properties or anything the definition of slumlord but as an HOA.
