They raise the rent every year with no improvements, I had my car stolen along with many others, cars get broke into regularly, all you smell is weed even turning into the apartments, neighbors make noise all hours of the night, when you call the office they just tell you to call the courtesy officer, who is rude when you do call him, because he has to get up and put his clothes on, or they tell you just to call the police, all they want to do is come into your apartment and look around every 3 months, very high crime, they just like to give more and more strict rules which only app…

Don’t bother calling to address concerns you have because they automatically answer the phone with an attitude which immediately lets you know the problems won’t be handled.

This company starting managing our apartment complex recently and raised our rent by $105 at renewal and wants to charge another $99 for internet and trash valet separate, when we all know it was included in the original rent and not technically "free". They're charging too much for how small the apartments are, how often the trash valet isn't running because of the compactor being broken so often and the awful parking situation.

I unfortunately lived at Martinique Terrace from 2021-2023. This management company couldn’t care less about the shape their apartment complexes are in, just about taking the rent. When they don’t like you, they send out false emails claiming people are in violation of their lease. The only management company worse than this one is the one who formerly owned Berkeley Commons. Such crappy business ethics. Lining their pockets with tenants rent money and putting nothing back into the complexes they own. It’s abhorrent!

They raised the rent up way too much at Harbourtown Apartments. They said it was to fair market value. Places for that price have better amenities and are more modern.
