I own a home directly next to a property that parc manages. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails with photos and even showed up in person to their office but it was closed. The house next to us has a tree that is pushing our fence over and it has grown so far over it is across my roof. I finally got ahold of someone in their office and she said I had to fill out a maintenance request. I am not a tenant to obviously maintenance would not let me do that. I am beyond frustrated that parc is so irresponsible and refuses to return voicemails or emails. The next step will be having a lawyer …

As real homeowners in neighborhoods that this company manages, your vetting process of who you rent to needs a major remodeling.

I can’t say enough good things about the management team at my rental property. I send a message Sunday midday that I had my furnace set to 69 and it wouldnt go above 67°. It was pretty cold outside and its an old house, so I figured those were contributing. They took me seriously and had someone come out to check it out within 30 minutes. They guy said there were some issues but recommended a replacement. It was approved in an hour or 2. Next day, on MLK day, they came out to replace my furnace, and the entire process was handled so smoothly. Communication was clear, the work was done quickly…

I thoroughly enjoyed my time renting with PARC. They went above and beyond making my experience comfortable and memorable. They worked with me on move in/out days, always responded to my emails quickly, and took care of any issues that arose diligently and professionally. Highly recommend them to everyone, I would happily rent with them again fyi - they do not do business over the phone, all communication needs to be via email so that there’s a record of what was said. Please plan accordingly!

Parc has always been helpful when we’ve needed help with an issue or repair! We just renewed our lease because of how easy things have been with them. Happy with the home we got and our price.

Renter for 4 years- I've never had a problem getting into contact when needed, and I like how rent and maintenance requests are handled online through the website.

We have had nothing but great experiences with PARC, both with the in office team and the maintenance team/vendors. Things have been addressed quickly and professionally at every turn. We LOVE our house and are incredibly happy PARC renters!

My husband and I were able to get our lease signed on my lunch hour because of my busy schedule. I appreciate them doing that it was a BIG help! I have little to no complaints with PARC Property Management! I’m over halfway into my two year lease and the service from them has been great. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they quickly fulfill it and sometimes go above and beyond my request. It is easy to get into contact with the office and our property is well kept. In the beginning of our lease we had a flood issue because drains were extremely clogged, but PARC diligently came out to fix the problem until it was completely resolved. Parc has definitely done good to me, most notably Wanda F. Who help me through my application, made sure to take care of me, and actually communicated with me though out the whole process. The houses are realistic, both in what you pay for rent and with what you get which is something I can get behind. All in all I’m very happy to call my new place home.

**Please read the entire post** I'm just going to be honest, I have been with them for almost a decade. There have been some issues on both sides but nothing I could "1 star" about. In the last year I had temporary financial issues like a lot of tenants and people in general and when I needed and pleaded for their help, they dragged their feet.....on evicting me that is! I have rented the same home from Parc for 5 1/2 years and have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Parc. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues and have always been kind and professional. Communication is excellent.

I have been living at PARC on their property since 2018. They worked with me when I lost my job, and I appreciate them for maintenance calls. Sometimes, I received the same service, but they will come tomorrow.

The process for move in was easy! The date came and getting the keys was an easy process as well! Me and my family have lived in our home for a little over a year and we have loved every bit of it! Anytime we have any questions, we get answers pretty quickly! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a lovely home to rent!

As Tenants with Parc Property Management LLC for the past year 1/2 We can Confidently say Parc Property is One of the Best Properties we've ever had. Why the surplus of 5 star reviews in just the past week or two? Suspicious if you ask me. I bet they offered something to current tenants if they give a good review or they’re just begging them at this point to help get their average rating up. Don’t believe it for one second! Steer clear. Find another company to rent from and save yourself the stress. It’s not worth it. We were never told about our basement issues and we had to nag them just to get some kind of help, which the help sucked! And gaslighted over our issues too. Wanda F was EXTREMELY helpful. From the beginning with the application process, she quickly asked for all needed documents, and within 24 hours we had an approval. Even after the approval she has maintained communication with all the questions I had about the rental property. And at our signing lease she explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with all the information needed.

Unreasonable and lazy people with unreasonable expectations for tenants, all the while not even having the basic housing up to par.

As a past resident with PARC, Would give this place zero stars if possible.

My 3 years with Parc Property Management were ok until it was time to renew my third lease. I don't like the way it was handled, it was very unprofessional. My wife and I reached out a few months before our lease was up to see about resigning. We were told we'd have an answer 90 days before our lease was to expire. We’ve been in our home for 4 months and we love every bit of it! The Process of getting approved was easy just submit what’s asked and you won’t have any issues.

They refuse to fix anything that runs down or needs replacement. Tenant is responsible for all appliances no matter what they tell you.

I’m reading a lot of negative reviews and thought I’d share my positive experience. Parc approved me fairly quickly for a home I just knew I wouldn’t get approved for. Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible. I take great care of my rental home but, there has been pretty expensive maintenance issues and Parc had all of the issues fixed or corrected. My experience has been a good one because I don’t bother Parc and they don’t bother me. Take care of your home and be patient when trying to get issues handled. Parc definitely deserves my 5 stars.
