ZERO communication. I own a property under this group and they charged me $200 in late fees, because they increased the HOA dues by $2 and did not notify me. I have never once missed a payment and have auto pay set up. When I contacted them the woman was at first very helpful and then directed me to the accountant and another staff member. The accountant did respond saying she would see what she could do and would get back to me… that’s been weeks ago and they are still charging me $25 a month delinquent fees on the fees. I have 3 properties under their management (in Stella Ridge and Sherwood Hills) and I simply can't get anyone to return my emails and calls...for months (since May). They are new to Bloomington and, it seems, actually non-existent.
