Thiz company is a complete money pit. They charge for everything including paying your rent. My daughter moved out a month and a half ago. I paid a professional 500.00 to clean out the house because the reviews I read said that they will find something to charge you for and try to sue you. They still charged me 370.00. They make it so tedious to dispute the charges so that its easier to just pay them. I just moved in March and PMI has been so easy to work with and have been soo understanding with what I need and any issues I have had pop up. I’ve also never worked with a company that has been so great with working with my three animals and the paperwork and such that goes with that.

I have been living here the past 5 months and it has been a great experience. PMI is willing to work with me through my situations but still able to hold me accountable. Their homes are beautiful and i moved in the a brand new home. They have awesome benefits that are great for single parents like myself! I was a tenant at a home with PMI Midwest for 2 years. I absolutely loved this company and the ease of paying rent, getting maintenance and vacating my property. They mailed my furnace filters each month and send out holiday pies to all tenants. They are always quick and responsive to all portal messages. Shelbi and Jennifer were awesome and walked me right through the process for vacating my home. I had to move for relocation but comfort and ease for the past 2 years. Great customer service and understanding of situations. I’ll rent again the next time I need a rental home. 😊

I really like my townhome. I feel safe and my neighbors are pleasant. Every concern I’ve had since signing my lease has been addressed promptly, and the staff is really nice. The property manager is also punctual and will go to great lengths to help you if you do have an issue.

PMI has been the best landlord to me as a first time renter. I am very pleased with their constant effort to make sure their tenants are okay in a timely matter . I ran into a bit of a problem with my HVAC system last week. Immediately after contacting them within one day they sent out their maintenance technicians to my house. PMI staff are great to deal with. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others. The owner of the house however doesn’t seem to value good tenants. Been here 3 years without missing a rent payment or being late on rent. Yet he dragged his feet for more than a week before approving something that should have been approved within 24 hours or less. Not happy about that at all. Raised my rent at start of current lease and then leave me without hot water to shower for over a week. Yeah I’m salty about that.

I lived at Meadow Trail Apartments and had a decent experience during my first month--back when it was privately managed. It wasn't perfect, but the staff was respectful and you could tell they cared. Then PMI took over, and everything changed--for the worse. They locked the previous management out, and claimed I hadn't paid rent even though my check was in the office. PMI is the worst management company, I will stay away from all properties they manage. They are slow in a response if you get one at all. Or if they are going to do anything to fix something it takes 30 days or longer and that's if you continually follow up with them. Or they blame it on the owner and say they can't fix or do something because the owner says no. They will add charges in a middle of a lease agreement.
