Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about both their properties and their residents. Love living here. The crew in the leasing office is great. They are always friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond. They even put on events for the residents every month, like bingo and other things.

Living at a property managed by PRAXM Management has been… honestly, kind of impressive. Maintenance requests actually get handled, the staff is friendly and professional, and they somehow make apartment living feel less like a headache and more like a convenience. We moved into Nexus Apartments in August 2024, and this has been the worst rental experience we’ve had. Residents are fined over minor trash packaging issues based on valet trash expectations, yet serious maintenance concerns drag on. Our bathroom ceiling developed mold and required drywall removal — making the bathroom unusable — not once, but twice in just a few months. During the recent cold front, two of our windows cracked. One is so drafty we’ve had to cover it with cardboard and blankets to keep cold air out. Our young children have been complaining about how cold the apartment is and…

I’ve lived here for about a year and it’s been a good experience overall. Management is easy to reach and they put effort into hosting resident events, which is always a nice touch. The leasing specialist, Leyha, is always open to answering questions about the city, the apartments, and the surrounding area, which has been really helpful. The location is great, close to downtown without being right in the middle of it, and the pricing is reasonable for the area. Overall, it’s a great spot for working professionals and families.

The process from start to finish was amazing. There was multiple changes on the moving date but Leyha was patient and amazing. The unit layout is perfect. Since some of the units are still under construction and it’s a new apartment, there were some hiccups with the delivery but overall experience with the staff was amazing. Thank you, Leyha!!

Leyha was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the entire moving process so simple and easy . From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and always ready to answer our questions. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s not often you find someone who truly cares about making such a big transition easier, but Leyha did just that. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless moving or leasing experience!

Joe who works in the maintenance department at The Steadman in Carmel is amazing. He is always working so hard around the property! He is always on the go! Joe says hi to me almost everyday and knows most of the residents by first name! Thanks for keep the property looking amazing inside and out!! I moved into an apartment managed by PRAXM, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is never on the same page and to make matters worse, the corporate office is completely unreachable. I have called, left voicemails, submitted a message on their site and it feels impossible to reach anyone.

I love coming to the club house at steadman they have so much stuff to do rooftop games and swimming and appreciate the people who work here they are really the best I enjoy coming in and talking to them and doing stuff I always have appreciated for the ladies who work here and the stuff they have to do games rooftop swimming and more

Leyha was absolutely amazing! Super nice, very caring, checked in on us, went through everything throughly and left us a welcome package. She was very responsive in communicating with us and answered every question we had no matter how many we asked. Madeline made my experience during the tour very exciting, informative, and realistic. I appreciate what this property provides their tenants. I wasn’t sure about the windows not being able to open, but that sort of adds a nice motivation to get more outside exercise. I absolutely loved receiving the candle gift as well. It’s almost gone! I’ll be keeping my mind on this property due to the fact that as a young female adult I’m realizing that I value my safety and privacy. The secured building and underground parking are primarily the top 2 amenities that adds value for me. Thank you!

Great community and the staff is very personable!

The building is nice and has a cool layout. Maintenance has been very responsive which is nice. Parking is an issue, there is very limited street parking and paying for a spot in the garage is $100/mo. Rent feels high for what you get because they use some AI pricing model to jack up the prices based on demand rather than anything tangible. I’m very worried my rent is going to spike next year for no reason and I may not be able to afford it. Overall a nice place to live in a decent area but the management company seems greedy and your rent may or may not be affordable.

Horrible management. Have caught the property manager in lies at least twice and talking with other residents they've had issues with her as well. Tried to call the person above her (Jennifer Stonequist) multiple times to speak about these issues but she still hasn't returned our calls and it has been a couple months now. Now I understand why the property manager treats residents the way she does as her manager doesn't seem to care either. I have lived here for over a year. At first I loved living here, but after the fact of my noisy neighbors above me that are non stop both within quiet hours and non quiet hours. I have turned them in a couple times and nothing has changed. I’m tired of people parking a long the curbs and nothing happening to them as said in a community email. The last thing that irritates me is that people leave their trash out on days that the trash is not picked up, and sometimes they leave it in just a bag and not inside the trash can. Leyha was very helpful in getting me moved into ascent. I appreciate the insight that she gave me on the process of the applying for my apartment and made the whole process very easygoing!

You have to be in the clique to be accepted. Don’t be a person of color they will push you out very quickly. They delete charges for residents they like and add charges for residents they don’t like. They don’t care about your growth only their investors.
