Working with Keyrenter has been a GREAT experience. I especially loved working with Zach and Adam! I really appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and their overall positive team approach. As a CA investor trying to invest Indianapolis, I had a great experience working with Zach. He provided a free rental analysis along with a really nice listing recommendation for my property. Keyrenter has been great to work with. I have been working with them for 10 months without any issues. Communication is great as they have several people within the company monitoring their systems, and are quick to respond back. I personally contact Adam if I need a more detailed response to a question. When I call him he answers my call every time. Overall a great company to work with in property management.

Keyrenter does not have an office here. There is only a mailbox to drop something off. They have made several mistakes with my utilities. They still owe me a $75.00 credit. They are ignoring me. I do not recommend you rent from this place now that they are under new management. When Michael Simmons was there it was great! I never leave posts like this, but I'm at my whits end! I hope someone sees this and they can make it right. Even the tenants downstairs are being charged late fees and her utilities are automatically taken out of her account. Best property management company hands down! Adam has been so helpful, communicative, and clearly explained the problem at my rental property, how he plans on fixing it for the tenants, and was able to find a great vendor who handled the work with speed and at a fair price! I highly recommend to any investor with properties in Indianapolis

My husband and I cannot be happier with Adam managing our investments in Indy. We live out of state so we were nervous about a management company. These folks are trustworthy and hardworking.

Stellar team!!! Adam is super communicative and always responds when I have a question. Plus they make sure my tenants take care of the property. The only management company I've found to "actually" do that. 10/10 recommend!

I doubt that these reviews are real true ones. I want to say with my experience " be careful on using this company. " My tenant told me Key rental took $15/ month for air filter change for the furnace. But, they had never changed the filter. I found out this when I opened the furnace filter box after I got report about furnace not working from tenant after I terminate the Key rental service. The filter was very dirty and it had never been changed. Furnace stopped working.

I honestly really appreciate all the effort and help Stephanie and Michael have put towards helping us with the process of renting our home. Very patient and always there when you need them. Maintenance takes care of everything well and in an orderly process.

Renting from them is easy. Working with Robert is great. He understands your issues and resolve them the best way he can. He is one polite person.

Robert has been great!! Answered all of my questions in a timely manner or checked with someone else and got back with me quickly. I had a problem initially with the lock box and he helped me. The whole rental process has been easy with his help.

Was good property management when Michael was in charge. But Adam is unreasonable and tried to tell us it is tenant responsible for critters in the attic that we have no access to.

Extremely unhelpful when it came time to transitioning leases. Also made us pay for repairs in the property that we mentioned were failing during our move-in inspection. They were unhelpful when it came to repairs that required entry into the property. Do not maintain the properties well at all, not to mention the property was filthy when we moved in and were still cleaning on our move in day. I would not recommend.

My significant other and I have absolutely loved our home. We have been renting for a year, and Michael has been an amazing property manager. He ensures that we are taken care of. And that the house is properly taken care of in the event of any breaks, or problems we’ve run into. Everything is simple, and we are legitimately grateful to have a manager who cares weather or not we are comfortable
