This company provides excellent services managing my rental property.
Very poor in upkeep of fountains..very poor. The help is three 17 year old guys . I would not wish PSG on my worst enemy We do not have meetings except one yearly in December...finances are secret..no elections..the board is 2 neighbors who were a ppointed a decade or better ago. Stay away
Terrible group to have manage your property. Calls left unreturned. Work orders never filled. But they’ll raise your rates and charge you for lights that don’t work due to their negligence.
