Needed to have a virtual tour because I live out of state and Ashely and Logan Paul were so great. Can’t think them enough and excited to move into our new home!

RCA became the new owner of my home May of this year. I have no complaints whatsoever. Niki and Christian are the best. Any problems or issues I have, they’re very responsive and punctual on getting the issue fixed.

We have had the best experience with this Rental company moved from out of state and Ashley our property Manager had everything perfect for us when we arrived and is always quick to respond to any requests

I’ve dealt with a few property management companies in Indy since I moved here to attend IUI. RCA has absolutely knocked it out of the park. Scheduling a showing? Easy. The application? Easy. Approval? Quick + easy. Paying and signing the lease? Easy. Maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly. I’ve rented with RCA for about 2 years now and my property manager, Ashley, is just THE BEST. I don’t really worry about not being able to reach her, she responds in a timely and communicative manner. She comes in for quarterly inspections and is just friendly and sweet.

RCA Homes hit me with $594.50 in bogus charges after I moved out, despite cleaning the unit and leaving it in good shape. Here’s what they claimed: • $66 – to remove a bidet (no damage, fully removable) • $45 – to tighten door knobs and closet rods (basic maintenance) • $66 – for carpet cleaning • $174 – for patch & paint due to “dark spot” above an outlet (dark spot was from my feet rubbing against wall at desk, it is easily cleaned) • $90 – to tighten bathroom fixtures (again, basic upkeep) • $153.50 – for “deep cleaning” including vents, windows They provided no receipts or actual invoices…

Ive spent close to 3 years renting from RCA properties. My property manager Ashley is always on top of replying to my needs & very quick with getting maintenance issues resolved as they arise! Now im relocating to a new city & truth be told im gonna miss my old place. It met all my needs & the management were always respectful and timely. Thanks to everyone!

I am going on month 4 of being at RCA, and have had nothing but a positive experience. I toured a location but the guided tour told me he had another property that I might like a little better. It was only up the street, we toured and I immediately applied for it. I had such a good experience with RCA. I am a college student and was nervous about the renting process and they helped me the whole way. Our property manager, Ashley, was always prompt at responses and getting things done!

This is my first time renting a home and rca properties made it so easy ! Super easy to communicate with and if I need help with anything they are quick to help and our property manager Christian is the best she is super easy to work with for sure have grown a relationship super sweet !!! my tenure of staying in an RCA Properties owned building has been a great experience. RCA is by far the best property management group I’ve rented from, the rent is extremely fair priced, my neighbors are always laid back, and my building is well taken care of. Cayden has always been on top of what we need and very kind. If you’re looking for a great group of people and staff that won’t take advantage of you financially RCA is gonna be your best friend!

I lived in one of there houses for a year and would've stayed if my school wasn't so far away. The house we lived in was in good condition when we got there and any issues we had were resolved fairly quickly! Ashley was a huge help with my question and concerns if I had any. My partner and I have been renting through RCA for over 2 years now and have had a great experience. Our sink leaked and damaged our cabinets, they replaced them. Washer dryer combo started leaking, they replaced the entire thing. Duplex neighbors causing issues, they are right on top of it. Niki Wineinger specifically has gone above and beyond to make my partner and I feel welcome, safe, and comfortable in our unit. Niki is super personable and always there when you need her to be. We are renewing our lease for a 3rd year and couldn’t be more confident in our decision!

I have been renting now for a little over a year, and I have absolutely loved my experience! Ashley Ballard is my property manager and she is so quick to respond when help is needed. RENTERS BEWARE. RCA Properties/RCA Property Development are liars desperate to nickel and dime you and provide horrible service. I rented with RCA at the Alameda in Downtown Indy from March 2023 to August 2023 and it took 3 weeks to get a sink declogged (which was clogged through no fault of my own). Oftentimes there was no hot water or water at all, because of work on the businesses on the ground floor. We’ve been renting from this company for about 6 months now, and we only have good things to say about it! Such an amazing company especially in comparison to previous places we have rented from. Ashley Ballard is our property manager and she is an absolute gem to work with. She is incredibly timely with her responses and gets maintenance out to our home very quickly whenever we need it. Absolutely love renting from this company! They are quick to fix any issues or concerns. Ashley is my current property manager and she's just absolutely amazing. Abe is also amazing and is always quick to respond to me if i have any issues come up as well. I've been renting almost 2 years now and I couldn't have picked a better company to rent from.
