(zero stars, again) It's been many months since I left the state and I'm still getting calls and texts regarding maintenance issues never addressed while I lived there, including at 6am and on weekends. From both the maintenance team and their vendors. I'm confident they'll choose not to correct ongoing issues with the new tenant because that would be their job, and that's not their style. The incompetence of this place is astounding.

I've been using Red Door Property Management for over five years, and overall, my experience has been positive. One of the aspects I truly appreciate is their use of scheduled video inspections—both interior and exterior—as well as detailed move-out inspection videos. Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Overpriced If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with this property management company has been one of the most frustrating and costly experiences I’ve ever had as a property owner. Their communication is absolutely terrible. Multiple times, we had renters with urgent issues who couldn’t get in touch with anyone — despite this company supposedly being the first line of communication. Mrs Lou Victorino at Red Door property management helped to manage my property and kept an open communication line to make sure it was successful. She is open to ideas and she worked very hard to get my property ready for move in within 60 days. She addresses emails in a timely manner while answering all parts of the inquiry to reduce back and forth. Buddy did our annual inspection and was awesome! He was quick and pleasant and made the whole thing nice and easy!

Chris did an outstanding job of organizing the delivery of some appliances for a rental property of one of my clients. He was super responsive and made sure that we had someone out there, even when the truck came earlier than expected. Super thankful for his prompt assistance!

This property management On medallion Drive does not have any actual management or maintenance workers, They are completely infested with roaches and mold. I have 50 Photos saved of everything our ceiling Is dripping water through all of the walls, Our floor fell through! They will not Have management reach out to us or give us their number. It is constantly a different person from different states telling you they will help you get to management but Management NEVER REACHES OUT

If I could Leave zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!! The property on medallion Drive is completely infested with roaches and mold, The floor fell through and they refused to fix it for three weeks, Our ceiling has now fallen through due to flooding above us and they Do not have an emergency line to help us while we have children living here, We did not have hot water for 10 days or a fridge for 10 days along with there was a dead animal in the back of our fridge when we moved in. Great house. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Very close to restaurants, shopping and Grand Park.

Terrible customer services and excessive rent and fees. 3 bedroom posted as $2,100 most cost me $2,316 with all the "services" added that are full of crap including the forced rental policy thats worse than rental insurance and $50 a month. If you have another option go with it. I am in Cary, NC and greatly disappointed in this service. Every repair is like an act of war to fix things.

This is the worst management company I have ever worked with!! You must beg and plead for maintenance repairs to be completed!! Do not rent with this company if you want a house without issue!!! In the 2 years we have rented we have been without a working refrigerator, dryer, kitchen sink and now dishwasher!! Not to mention animals in the attic for months!!!

While renting one of their properties we had a flooding issue in the crawl space with a broken water softener. They responded quickly to the issue and got it all repaired. They were even nice enough to give a credit on the rent to help balance out the abnormally high water bill.

I'm really comfortable where me and my family are and the neighborhood is nice

These guys have been very transparent and helpful throughout the process. We just got my first place leased. So far so good.

I love Red Door Property Management! I’ve been with them for six years now, and they are very attentive to my needs. Maintenance request are easy to put in and they Respond in a timely manner to help solve my problem. 9/10

Buddy, the maintenance tech, went above and beyond to fix two issues that have been present in my apartment through two previous property managers. I can’t speak highly enough of his attention to detail and ability to fix things the right way the first time.

Buddy fixed our clogged kitchen sink and also did our PMA inspection today. Nice guy, did a good job!

Red door was a good property management company. The issue we had were more with the actual landlord. Not going into details. Just make sure you get everything in writing! Landlord tried to charge us up and above our deposit. We fought back, red door agreed with us. They went up to bat for us. We're now get a refund. Thanks red door.

I have had a wonderful experience with Red Door Property Management. Carmina Boado has been a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly professional, thorough and an excellent communicator. She kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we had everything in order for our move to a new home. She was outstanding and I would highly recommend Red Door Properties Management.

We moved two weeks ago and it was great, the home is amazing, great space, very comfortable and beautiful views in a great location. We are very happy in this new home. Carmina is a very nice and kind person, she is very dedicated to her work and she is always there to help. They respond to the application very quickly. We liked a lot to apply in Red Door. Really recommended!!

The maintenance team at Red Door Property is fantastic! I especially want to recognize Buddy, who delivered a loaner fridge to our property. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Even though he was working on his own, he had a great attitude and made sure the fridge was placed exactly where we needed it. His helpfulness and positive energy truly stood out!

This review is about Red Door maintenance. Our technician, Buddy, was awesome! He went above and beyond to take care of our maintenance request. He was fast, friendly, and answered all our questions. I'd definitely recommend the Red Door maintenance team (and Buddy).

It’s been very nice to have Red Door manage issues I’ve had as a tenant. Kris has been very responsive and helps to solve problems quickly.

Happy (satisfyingly content) past and now, present RDP tenant. *Easy self-scheduled and guided property tours, application process and use of tenant portal. After a few left phone messages and emails, Mina sped the process along for me to claim the perfect little (safe!) unit for me downtown! I also received HALF OFF of June's rent--YIPEE! :)

We had family gathering together from five different states. We were there for a memorial and liquidation of the family estate. This property was everything the listing said it would be. It gave us a great place to be a family together. We will treasure our time there. The back porch was a wonderful place to view sunsets!!

Buddey came through and did great job fixing our screen door and kitchen drawer, he's done some work for us in the past and always has been professional and has great attitude

Buddy has been the best Maintenance man we have ever had! He’s come to fix out outdoor patio screens, checked to make sure all our fire alarms were working properly and installed blinds! Always so nice and quick! Our dog loves him and our daughter always waves to him while he’s working!

We had a last minute issue with travel and this place was open. So glad it was. The inside was so awesome and clean. The communication with the owner was amazing. Better than other places we have stayed in the past. Great location for where needed to be. Will consider this again!

Maintenance fixes from the first time excellent work

We have lived in our house for about 8 months now, and Red Door has made everything so easy for us! They do a great job of communicating, and they also routinely send out maintenance to check up on things we would never think to ask about. They maintain their properties well and are very kind!

We love our home! Maintenance department has been great as well in responding to several move-in concerns, their communication is great. Overall - very happy with our experience living at this property and have been very pleased 1.5 months in. However, we were disappointed that, with nearly 2 months in between us securing the lease and actually moving in, there were so many items neglected of repair before our move in. Especially after the inspection called for several repairs to be made ahead of time. Zero were completed until we moved in and submitted Melds for each item we found. All items …

My experience with Reddoor thus far has been immaculate. Carmela Auxilio is very attentive, prompt, and helpful. She’s very respectful and exceeds the expectations of a property manager. Her professionalism is spot on. Overall, she is one of the best that I’ve dealt with.

Had a lease renewal inspection conducted by Buddy and it went great. He conducted the inspection quick and was very respectful. There were some maintenance inquiries that recently happened before inspection and he took the extra time to look at them and was sure to notate it before leaving so that it could be addressed.

Currently having a horrible experience with poor communication over a fridge delivery. Last minute changes when we’ve already taken time off of work to be at the house for delivery. No apology or show of consideration for our time, and our fridge has been broken for about 2 months. Really disappointed in the care and attention we have been given.

The maintenance is horrible. I have to communicate directly with the owner when I need something taken care of urgently. They came in November 2024, dug a hole in our shower, and never returned.

They do not email back about pay arrangements and literally will threaten to evict you. I emailed on 1/8 about the arrangement and didn't hear back until the 10th about the pay arrangement. They haven't even come to get the lock off our door and we have been here since S E P T E M B E R! Terrible company, Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wish I never got involved with these people.

Buddy, the inspector and maintenance man is very respectful and kind talk to. Today was my second time meeting him. He answered all my questions and was willing to put on shoe covers because we don't walk on any carpet areas with our shoes. I appreciate the professionalism, and courtesy 3-5-2026

You can kiss your deposit goodbye. They have slumlords who charge you for everything even when they gave u a destroyed home. Bug infested too. Worst property management I've ever used. U can see my photos are time stamped for last year when I first moved in. They charged me for these things and they were all documented on the move in checklist. These are just a sample of the photos I took. i actually spent lots of money fixing the home to be able to live in comfortably for my kids. had safety hazards.

Update:: After dealing with IPMG when the owner of our home switched, we stand FIRMLY on the fact that Red Door has been, by far, the BEST property management company out there! They were attentive, quick, and made sure everything was fixed immediately! Even after us not being with them, Chris has been incredibly responsive to requests i have needed for verification purposes! I truly miss Red Door! Price for rent is on the high side other than that all is good

We agreed to move in early to secure a house to rent; causing us to have to pay double rent for our previous and new lease. Showed up to move in and they put the wrong key in; had to wait another day to move in.

Red Door has excellent turn around time on maintenance calls-usually within 24hrs. I'm real happy with them & I've rented thru them for 3 yrs. (2022-2025)

Jennifer was very helpful in getting my maintenance emergency taken care of. I really appreciate the effort she put in to get my heating unit fixed. Thank you
