This company doesn’t not even deserve one star. First of all my daughter was promised a newly renovated apartment and just so happened to call the week before moving in only to be told that apartment would not be ready until the first of May. This was a nightmare, she already put her notice in at other apartment and would have to vacate in time for the move. They ended up giving her a show apartment with none of the same amenities but finally agreed to order a new washer and dryer since the apartment they were promised had one. Horrible company they manage Chapel Hill townhouses and apartments on West 10th Street I live there in 2019 to 2024. First of all the maintenance crew at the location is horrible there very lazy with keeping an outside grounds clean they don't have designated parking spots for guest anybody can park anywhere at any time overpriced for the actual location and the apartments themselves are average at best no upgrades standard appliances only upside is there's basements and all the townhomes which is a plus outside of that we got all of our vehicles broken into and ram shacked that's the reason w…

They tried to evict us for a violation in the lease, when after talking to legal aid. They cannot for the rule as well as wording in the lease. They have cost me loss of wages, trauma to me, my wife, and my service animals. The management team that is overseeing the property we live in does not enforce the lease agreements for all the tenants, or follow their own rules that are in the lease. This company is the worst ever. Do not rent any property from them ever.
