It's very difficult to find a good property management company. Over the years, my wife and I have acquired a mixed bag of properties in a few different states. SHIELD Property Management has been wonderful to work with! When moving in, we had some (very stressful) hiccups on our end with the sale of our old house. Matt was great. Very patient and flexible. He worked with us to make sure that we were still able to move in on our planned date. Since then, they have continued to take care of us thoroughly and promptly!

This company has top notch customer service. Extremely responsive and professional. They truly are invested in their clients to ensure they have a great renting experience.
