I have been working with Spouses Buying Houses for about 10 years now. I highly recommend their property management company. I own rentals in other parts of the Country and I wish my property managers were as good as them in the other markets I have my other rentals.

Lee Smith and his team do a solid job serving a tough rental market segment which most property managers stay clear of due to the more advanced issues involved for those Landlords and Investors. And they do it in a fun, but professional manner, too!

They do not respond to maintenance requests. Edit: I submitted my initial request in March. It is now June. Do not rent from this company.

completely misleading. Never in the history have I ever heard of appliances being "loaned". The unit comes with appliances, or you provide your own. That's the industry standard, My fridge quit? Their response was, buy a new one. My stove quit. Same deal. "fine print" in the lease. Pretty slick.

Don't go through this company, horrible experience with the duplex neighbor, maintenance was horrible as well, and even charged late fees when it showed my contract was up. Take you and your family somewhere else please.

Don’t rent through them ! It’s been a horrible experience the last two years . You can never speak to anyone over the phone . The most you can do is email back and forth and that’s if they even decide to respond to the emails … plus they all work from home so if you ever have a problem and needed to go up to the office that wouldn’t be possible.
