. Our vehicle was broken into while parked at this community. While crime can happen anywhere, we were disappointed with the response from management and the lack of concern shown after the incident. We asked whether there were any options to terminate our lease early so we could relocate, especially given that we have a newborn baby and now have to deal with replacing a vehicle that was paid off and in good working condition. Recently moved in and faced some minor issues. The apartment was very dirty upon move-in, and I had to take the time to clean quite a bit before moving in. The management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with everything. The apartments are spacious with awesome amenities (Especially the longer pool/hot tub hours). The people in the office are very thoughtful and sincere.

Awful place to leave. No parking spot available. Management will always take your money. Valet service is the worst and is mandatory. Compactor always damaged. Be careful they always want to take your deposit money take picture and videos of everything. I will not recommend living here.

Fined $25 over a extra trash bag being left out for valet trash during the holidays with no warning. A valet trash service that was mandatory for all residents to pay $25 a month since 2024. They can't even accommodate a extra trash bag. Meanwhile, other residents are littering trash, food waste, and not picking up after their own dogs constantly around the complex. The complex's own trash compactor is routinely out of service and they'll have a dumpster with trash spilling out. A $25 fee over something so minuscule is ridiculous.

I absolutely love living here. Me and my wife have lived in quite a few places over the years but this is the first time that I can say I am home. The apartments are perfect. They are incredibly well maintained and the grounds are always clean. The management obviously takes pride in the service they provide. Thank you for everything that you all do. No one can please everyone all the time but you surely have pleased me! Highly recommend it.

Me and my boyfriend were sleeping and while we where asleep they quickly changed the rules about where it is not okay to park and towed my boyfriends car. It was parked directly in front of our garage which we already pay an extra $50 a month for to even have. Mind you there is zero signs posted anywhere near where we were parked saying no parking or anything of that nature. They gave us 1 phone call at 9am leaving a voicemail saying it was going to be towed which was not answered due to it being from an unknown number. I have been loving my stay at stonelake for17 months and love every thing about it the office staff is very helpful the maintenance people are doing a awesome job keeping the apartment kept up I even got to of friends to move here keep up the good work

would not recommend these apartments to anyone. they don’t care about your safety. they have not only car break ins every other week (literally) but cars being stolen and don’t bother to put up cameras or better lighting around the apartment complex. we even offered to buy cameras and get reimbursed for it and they turn that down. we’ve asked multiple times if they are getting better security and they just ignore the question. save yourself the time and money and find somewhere who cares about your safety along with your child’s

Decides with no warning to start charging a fee to pick up trash for residents when they could easily just walk their bags to the provided dumpster on property. Then they never actually pickup the trash and still charge the fee.

Upon my arrival through the doors I was greeted with a friendly hello, Express my concerns for unit because the property was so immaculate and was so secluded that this should be my new home sweet hm.

Front office will blatantly lie to your face and not help with what’s actually happening. Parking here is absolutely horrendous!! They give stickers for people to put in windshields but do not enforce it whatsoever so like what’s the point of following the rules if the ones who aren’t following them aren’t having any repercussions? It makes no sense. Not a good place to live! Can’t wait for lease to end and get the hell out of here!!

Someone I’m very close to recently encountered a disturbing situation where J.C. Hart, the property management company, attempted to unlawfully extract money from him. This unethical behavior speaks volumes about the integrity of both the management company and the apartment complex. It’s appalling to see such disregard for tenant rights and legal obligations. I strongly advise against renting from this establishment, as it seems they prioritize their own financial gain over fair and lawful practices.

I have lived in one of the cottage homes in this apartment community since August. The complex is clean and quiet. I have had great experiences here from applying to requesting maintenance. The application process was quick and easy. The office staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The maintenance staff promptly responds to my maintenance requests. One request was completed within minutes of submission. I personally haven’t used the amenities but they do look appealing. Nikole was absolutely fantastic! She answered all my questions (even my dumb ones) when I viewed the apartments and when I finally moved in, even though there were a few minor oversights during the cleaning and renovating outside of her control, she was able to get things fixed quickly and efficiently and is terrific at what she does Absolutely love the apartment and the complex, and its staff! 10/10 would recommend
