Tbh management is a good company, we have lived in our home for almost 9 years. Anytime we had maintenance issues they have someone out within that day fixing it. We don’t have no complaints on this company. Shelly in the office is amazing also.

We just signed a lease with them, the process was very clear, and they were able to offer options to accommodate elements of the required documentation that we needed to work around. The lease was explained and they set clear expectations of what we were responsible for and what they would be responsible for. On top of that the experience felt very personable and we enjoyed a bit of banter and a few laughs. Absolutely love Shelly !!!! She is hands down the best and does her best to genuinely take care of her tenants to the fullest ! I can’t count on two hands how many times she has came to my rescue simply out of the kindness of her heart . Yeah so I’m about to take gale to court this place is a fraud they said they evicted me but I left on my own moved out gave her 800 in cash told her I left the key in the mailbox and not to contact me now it’s on my record for eviction I never been evicted in my life the house was rat infested and gale is slow and rude the daughter is the one who stole my 800 dollars don’t rent from these slums

Initially meeting staff at New Bridge Apts. I felt lopsided, but it wasn't because of myself, the building could've been cleaner, the air didn't work, it was 88 degrees that day8-16-2024, I felt sad for the employees. I applied for an apartment, I was approved quickly. I'm grateful but a few rules and regulations aren't discussed thoroughly upon signing the lease. I didn’t really have to call the office that much much besides getting our heat fixed in the winter but for the year I lived at there property it was easy to pay rent and they made my first experience renting something I will never forget I wish the best to everyone at tbh management

I've been in my house for 2 yrs now..and I've had no issues....

For the past 7 months, I have been trying to communicate with TBH management regarding a leak that was causing my water bill to be over $500. They sent out multiple plumbing companies before the problem was fixed 7 months later. The first time I notice my water bill was higher than normal was in Oct 2023. I immediately contacted the emergency maintenance line and had to leave a voicemail. I didn’t get any communication until a couple weeks later when I sent multiple emails explaining I thought the situation was making my home unlivable and an emergency. They will take you to court even if they don’t mange the property anymore. Don’t ever rent from them

I have rented from them for about a year and half and it has literally been the worst. Anything maintenance related it takes forever for someone to come out and by then the problem is worse. If you don’t stay on top of them, the work doesn’t get done. I’ve had to have them come back out to complete work that was done terrible the first time. The only way to reach someone about maintenance is only via voicemail. Then when I haven’t heard from maintenance I call the front office number and they very rude with me.

I've lived in my home for 3.5 years now, and about 1.5 years ago our rental company changed to TBH Management. They are always prompt on service calls, rent is easy to pay, and they are nice when you call to ask questions. I've enjoyed having them as a rental company, and look forward to many more years in the home that they manage!

TBH management approved me for housing when I really needed it the most. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, Mr. Randall always made sure things were handled. When I needed a bigger place, Ms. Gail helped me transition into one of their larger units. Shelly is so compassionate and understanding. When I came across hardship she helped to come up with a plan to avoid further hardship. Good company, good people and I enjoyed 5 years of a great experience and property management services. I would definitely rent from them again!

Screwed me over made me pay $600 for a tree that fell over in the yard that was there BEFORE I MOVED IN. I thought we were renting not owning?!? Terrible terrible people all around. And whoever you talk to on the phone with the accent is just a bad person plain and simple
