I lived at Harbour Point Apartments for 4 years. They listed a tub reglazing on my final bill. I requested this to be removed as a line item as it’s normal wear and tear. You can definitely tell they've been working on the property but my Visions I have could make this look really amazing if this company is really willing to put the money into making this and even better property I'm about to move in and so far so good. When I moved in, I was told my base rent was $1057, but that it would be $1187 with the "add-on" charges, and I agreed to that. My rent is consistently over $1200. It is usually around $1231 ($1232 for next month), and it keeps going up. This is NOT acceptable. I also started working for another property management group and they will not even discuss potentially letting me out of my lease early UNLESS I pay an exorbitant amount. Don’t ever rent through them.! They will file judgments (unknown to you) and continually steal money. After being told by office staff that there was “no balance” once I moved out. They filed a judgment 4years later. Once you pay them off, they come back for “interest” months later. Nothing but scammers. I have called the law firm representing them as well as sent over proof of documentation that there was no balance when I moved out.

Charging people 30+ dollars just to pay rent is insane. Our rent has already gone up $400 since they bought out our apartments. Tried to do the online check that’s supposed to have no fee two weeks in advance and it never pulled. So we had to do the online payment and still couldn’t avoid the exorbitant fee. This is a large company which has bought out many apartment complexes- they are completely capable of either covering the fee or finding a new way to accept payments from their tenants that are convenient and fee-free. I have lived at 9th avenue apartments for a year and a half, and while the property isn't perfect, the on-site staff here have always been nothing but fantastic and the maintenance team has always done their best to respond promptly and treated me with respect. It came to my attention today that using corporate's online payment for automatic payments has bitten me in the ass for no good reason. These pictures were taken from the apartment my daughter had at the 9th Avenue Apartments. Zoom in and look at what is growing on the vents. TAG also price gouge - rent must be paid through an app that charges $40 EACH TIME IT IS USED. There were roaches in the apartment and when the complex sprayed the tenants were charged. The Ardizzone group are crooks. Haven't lived in their property for 5 years they told me I was good whenever I left even spoke with Pam after leaving your ratty Aspen Pointe. I live on an Ardizzone property and their practices are immoral and disgusting. They have made a deal with a predatory tow company, towing resident’s cars as soon as their tags expire. They will not use this money to pick up trash, fix your broken appliances, or fill in the dog park covered in gravel that’s harmful to dogs. Residents here are only prey for the Slum Lords to be financially drain and degrade.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working for months and it was causing issues in our home. But ( Milton ) the maintenance technician stopped by and explained step by step about the problem and how it will be fixed. And within a few minutes he had it running like new. Thank you!

Do not rent from there property!!!! I was locked out of my unit!!! Rent paid until the 28th of this month Lease end on the 28th We moved to another place on 23rd but still had items Locks changed on the 25th All while my rent is paid All while when I asked for discount for moving early they told me NO!!! So why gain access before my lease is over???? Why refuse to send me a check for two days of rent because I can’t get in!! The Ardizzone Group is a horrible management company. I have lived on 2 of their properties and before they took over I loved where I lived. I will never move to any of their properties because they DO NOT care about their tenants. Unless I see a HUGE improvement I will NEVER recommend ANY move to their properties. I have seen SEVERAL previous tenants after me say the same thing. All reviews before they took over and after. They will NEVER take my money again. Hire employees with better customer service skills and treat your tenants better. Without us you have no business.

The maintenance is amazing!!!! If I ever have an issue they fix it day or to completion. Specifically Bryce the maintenance guy goes above and beyond. He deserves a raise for how quick and throughly he fixes issues!!!
