Great place. It is lively at night, but fun. It's in the middle of downtown Indy so that's expected. If u wanna have fun stay here. If u don't like noise this isn't the place for you. WE LOVED IT
Good location but the walls are insufferably thin. Sleeping well was not an option.
Things to consider: 1) Their website says "Surface Parking Available." I've lived there for 10 months and have yet to receive parking or even a tentative timeline on when a spot would be available. Finding free parking on this part of Mass is doable, but you lose a lot of convenience. 2) The entire second floor of the building is dedicated to temporary renters who pay a daily/weekly rate for working travelers. Because of this, you have people coming in and out of the building who do not live there. This creates a major problem with the security of the building. 3) And knowing this, the buil…
