I've stayed with them twice, the first time under AirBnb and the stay was great. The second time I booked with them directly and it was extremely disappointing. I notified them that the WiFi was not working upon arrival and every night thereafter the whole week of my stay. They did absolutely nothing to try to get it to work. Instead, they suggested I could connect to one of their other unit's WiFi networks which were not reachable from my unit. After a while, they just completely stopped responding to me; extremely unprofessional. This normally wouldn't have been such a big deal, but my work…
