I’ve been a tenant of The Madsen Group for 15 years now and I have no complaints! They’re very prompt on working work orders when submitted and even greater with emergencies. Pam is the BEST!! I recently lost my mom and ended up in a very low place in multiple ways, one being financially laying her to rest. We have been renting from Ms. Pam for 4 years now and I can say it's been a true blessing. She definitely has been a really good landlord to our family and we appreciate everything she has done. She gets right on anything we need fixed and she makes sure everything got done right away for us. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, beautiful and safe for our children. The Madsen group is one of the most responsive and honest property management groups I have had the pleasure of working with. This is the second year we have rented from them and they have been very quick to respond and fix any issues we have had at the house. They are also great with communication- very easy to get in touch with. We plan on continuing our contract with them another year!
