Scott and his team are without a doubt, the best that you could work with. He was exceptionally professional and honest about every aspect of the real estate transaction he helped my family with. We also retained his company to manage the property we purchased. They navigated identifying and placing a tenant flawlessly, and I am so thankful to have their team working with us.

What a joke!! Do not rent from these people! You'll have maintenance requests for over a year needing tended to, and when rent is due, that's all that matters to them, not fixing the maintenence issues that cause bigger issues. Always an excuse as to why they haven't came out to fix anything. Finally had some of my floors replaced September 1st, still waiting on them to be finished ((it's November 24th)) when they redid my stairs, i had to buy the stain and do them myself, i have mold, they drilled holes in my wall and under my bottom cabinets and left the mess and holes. I currently live in one of their properties now and personally enjoy them being my property managers really good agency if anything needs to be fixed they send someone right away very understanding when it comes to financial situations and would highly recommend.

I’ve only been with them since November, but every issue and everything they needed to be fixed was handled in a timely fashion. They were very understanding people they were caring kind and they honestly feel like family, but they understand when you go through hard times they understand that everybody needs a little support and since I’ve been with the company, that’s exactly what they’re giving me a support and a any issue whether it’s personal or pretending to the property they’re always on top of it !!!

Scott and his team are great people and we love that his family is involved… everyone we’ve encountered is so kind and a friend. I enjoy his kids working with him and when I encounter them.. they feel like friends to me, Scott is empathetic and truly a great person to rent from… he keeps up with what’s going on in our lives and helps us the best he can give everytime. We have been here going on 3 years now and probably will be here another 3 at the least!
