Great apartments in such a convenient location and Whitney in the office is so helpful!

Unfortunately, I am writing a review to hopefully be seen and taken into consideration where a situation was taken insensitively. I really love The Waverley complex and so this is why I am upset to be writing this review because I signed a 15 month lease and was hoping to sign another 15 month over and over until I was ready to one day buy a house. I have had no previous complaints about living here, it is genuinely a wonderful place. From MY perspective, yesterday I dealt with a situation, I feel could have been handled better. Just finished a 16 month lease here and moved to get a house. Staff are very friendly and very responsive to maintenance requests during the rare time it's needed. The property is clean, and I was not nickel and dimed on my deposit. The included garages are also a big plus, and if you want an additional space they aren't too expensive either. If I want an apartment again, I would 100 percent move here again.

Love the office staff Furtuna, Des, and Anne in the office are all incredibly friendly and fun/funny . I also want to give a shoutout to Damon and Evan from the maintenance team. They’ve been prompt, efficient, and do an excellent job keeping the property in great shape. I’m really impressed with the level of service under the new staff lately :)

Lived here almost 2 years. Best apartment experience of all the many that I've lived in. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very prompt and courteous. They do community events for people interested in that sort of thing, and the amenities were great. Yes, there is some noise from nearby train and helipad, but that never bothered me and I did not find it disturbing. Would highly recommend living here!

Looking for a spot downtown that feels like a little suburb community? Seriously look no further!! The staff (maintenance and leasing office) are SO caring and very responsive. I highly suggest taking the time to get to know them if you decide to move in here! The property is beautiful and has a very homey feel to it! I, unfortunately, had to move off property after a year but I would not hesitate to go back if I made my way back downtown! Best place to live in Downtown Indy!! <3

The amenities are exactly what you need! The pool was our favorite spot; a perfect view of downtown! It’s obvious that the Waverley team takes care of the property! Highly recommend.

The staff at the leasing office are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are very fast and responsive. Definitely recommend the Waverley. It is an amazing place and the best apartment complex I’ve lived in!

Best maintenance crew ever. Super responsive, will come in at most a couple of hours after your request is submitted, down to help with anything! Cannot ask for a safer or more friendly community to live in.

Maintenance technician Mr. Charles was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough while completing the work to install a fan.

Fast turn around on my AC work order. Was notified the job was completed by lunchtime. Returned home to a cool apartment. Thank you.

Maintenance was done quickly, put a work order in around 9pm and work was handled the next morning before 10am!

Charles was a polite and effective employee. He knocked, assessed my issue and resolved it a quickly manner while explaining every action! Super satisfied with his work ethic and service.

The Waverly is a fantastic place to live! The staff is amazing and very kind! Any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The amenities are great! Everyone on the staff is Genuinely kind and cares about you. The community is great and the pool is amazing!

Love the apartment, the operation are very smoothly run and the management is awesome. They fix your stuff within the next day, no complaints at all. Special shout out to charles allen for helping on the property

The Waverly is an awesome place to live - great location and great people. Lauren & Kaylee in the office are always so helpful and keeping the community informed of events or updates. The maintenance team is always prompt when it comes to our service requests. Charles has completed all requests same day or next day! Highly recommend The Waverly if you are interested in Downtown living!
