Our property continues to deteriorate after Towne’s acquisition, despite them charging higher and higher rent and tacking one after another useless add ons. Add ons that our rental staff refuses to assist with when there are issues. The maintenance staff is completely inadequate. Our roofs are a mess. The trees are no longer trimmed. Five start just doesn’t pay in a timely manner

I have lived in an apartment complex that Towne Properties recently bought for two years (going on 3), and had the unfortunate luck of renewing my lease right when the property was changing hands. I was hoping things would get better, but they only got worse. Every month since they took over I have had to fight bogus charges I don't owe, they even tried to charge me two months of rent for June (which we had to fight over multiple days to correct). This company is SO shady. Our shower door broke months ago. The glass just shattered one day. We did absolutely nothing to cause this (I am assuming it was installed incorrectly, bc this place was clearly built quickly and lacks quality all over) took them over a week to fix for us. And then they had the audacity to blame us for it. We absolutely didn't cause the shower door to shatter. They said we would have to pay for it, AFTER they fixed it. Towne Properties is a wonderful management company. The Indy District office staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. The work quickly to resolve resident issues. I have lived on a property managed by Towne Properties for 2 years now and I have had a very positive experience.

I moved in Lawrence Landing owned by Towne Properties and they are TERRIBLE! I have called the Indianapolis District Office of Indianapolis and they are TERRIBle also. My vehicle got stolen from Lawrence Landing, so I had to get a rental car. I asked them for a temporary parking pass and they stated NO because the vehicle isn’t registered in my name. Now make that make sense to me. Then every time I have a complaint about things and I even call Indianapolis District Office and they just basically laugh at you. 7 Pointe Apartments has been a great transition in my life since the beginning of my application process. I have enjoyed the office staff as well as the maintenance. As I mentioned to the property manager, Krystal, my concerns. I was denied at some communities in the area due to my credit score. I have no evictions.
