This company is ridiculous, they send out a notice to the community that they are suspending Lawn Services because Extreme Heat Conditions, then they drive by your house and dock you for your lawn. So it’s okay to call YOUR company to cancel services but the people who own their homes need to go outside to and care for their lawn? How does this make any sense when it’s on the NEWS to stay inside because it’s not safe to be outside. The Notice on the community page is the same date as my Notice from Tried and True, 9:54am and my Notice was at 11am on the same date.

Tried and True has been a wonderful addition to our HOA. Their years of experience; knowledge of our city/county; prompt communications with board members and homeowners; and diligence to the job sets them apart. We consider them a trusted partner in the management of our neighborhood.

Horrible management company , they pick and choose what rules to implement. With no picture evidence and when Challenged they get upset and make up new rules. They drive by the day before trash day to write you up for trash cans going to the curb. No where in our rules does it state when a trash can, can be taken to the curb the day before trash day. They say they “observe “ but again they come the day before trash day and I have video of me removing it from my garage. But that wasn’t good enough for them. They are rude and unprofessional. The old hoa company was way better. Home buyers beware…
