These people are demonic and they don’t care about people they do business with! Very poor management. They are my previous landlords and they left me homeless for 7 days because of an emergency relocation! They did not offer to put me in a hotel or anything! TWG’s management is indefensible. Moving out of 800 N Cap in Indianapolis (managed by TWG) and putting my 60-day notice to vacate has been a nightmare. They inputted the incorrect lease term dates in their system when I moved in, and it took over a month and multiple emails and phone calls for them to correct it spite being ensured multiple times it was being handled. However, my last month’s rent that should be prorated is being charged at a full month. I have left multiple voicemails asking for a return phone call regarding my experience at one of their properties. Multiple meaning multiple a day for 5 days straight. Always get a recording asking to leave a message. So apparently they are just as unprofessional as the property that led me to go to the the civil rights division in my district. Also went to speak to someone regarding renters rights and last filed a complaint with the BBB. With the help of my attorney general. What happened to me was beyond unacceptable. Especially under the circumstances that were involved.

The new office staff is not friendly at all she don't never come out at office and she's always in the office all day from the time she comes

Our elevator has been broken for almost 2 months and we have elderly and disabled people on higher floors. When we call to ask when it will be fixed, we are met with attitude and no information. PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATOR IN 1020 Central Apts!!!

They leave human poop on the hallway walls after calling the night before and reporting to “emergency” maintenance only for it to still be here the next day almost 11am. This is the LineLofts location downtown owned by TWG. This this deplorable there is never anyone available for assistance when you need them here.

Been living in this apartment in Marion, Iowa since 2017. My one bedroom is almost the amount of mortgage payment. Not pleased with it at all. SMH

This is a no smoking building and there are at least two people (probably more) who are allowed to smoke in their apartment and on their patios.
